Use Hub Nut (spinner) to Tighten Wheel onto the Balancer Quill

MEASURE TIRE WIDTH WITH CALIPER

After you are done entering the width on the keypad then put the shield down and

the machine will test the tire and give you the results.

Select to Correct Amount of Weight From the Sorting Tray

After the machine gives you the results put the correct amount of weight on

both sides of the tire.

Align the Balance

Line As Shown,

Add the Amount

Of Weight Displayed

At the 12:00 Position

Of the Wheel.

The Final

Result Should

Be ‘Zeros’ in

the Left &

Right Plane

Displays

Remove the Finished Wheel From the Balancer, Put Away

All Weights &

Weight-Tools, Fill-Out Task Sheet With Required Info
