Create New Security Model (Don’t Migrate, Unless migrating from R2)

Clean up Repository before Migrating

Set Deadline For Development/Enhancements in Current Repository

Convert from Deski to Webi (optional)

Could be Separate Project after Migration Validated

Create Test Plan the fits your needs

R2 to R3 Migration Consideration

If using a Closed Security Scenario in R2 Environment, if the security model is Migrated to R3, you will need to revise.

If Top Level Folders Setting is set to No Access for Everyone Group, Users will not be Able to View Public Folders in R3
