ADVANCED DIPLOMAS, DIPLOMAS & CERTIFICATE COURSES
New Students:
• Refer to the recommended Study Plans for enrolment recommendation – The Study Plan lists the units of study you need to enrol into for your first term of study (you enrol on a term by term basis as you proceed with your studies)
• Choose your study options, class days and times for each unit of study for your first term of enrolment from the A-Z timetable listing

Enrol in person at the college
• To reserve your place in a course programme an initial deposit of $500 of your first term tuition fees together with the $95.00 Professional Training Enrolment Fee is required to secure your place upon enrolment or If the course programme only has one subject per term to reserve your place a 50% deposit is required to secure your place upon enrolment The remaining course fees for all units of study within the term are due by the end of the first week of term unless you have submitted a formal payment plan form.
• A 10% late surcharge penalty is applied to any outstanding balance as at Monday of the second week of term unless you have submitted a formal payment plan form.
• Before you lodge your enrolment ensure you have read and are aware of the Enrolment Terms & Conditions • A Confirmation of Enrolment will be emailed to you confirming that you have secured a place within 24 hours
of submitting your enrolment application.

Re-enrolling Students:
• Please ensure you re-enrol each term at least one week prior to the start of term to ensure you receive access to the Student Portal one week prior to the start of term

PAYMENT OPTIONS
ADVANCED DIPLOMAS, DIPLOMAS & CERTIFICATE COURSES
At Nature Care College we have a payment option to fit any budget!
Option 1: Pay Upfront to Receive a Discount When you enrol and pay the whole terms course tuition fee in full upon enrolment you are eligible to receive a 5% discount on the terms tuition fees.
Option 2: Pay term by as you study!
Course tuition fees for each term will depend on the number of subjects in which you enrol into. You enrol and pay on a term by term basis. To reserve your place pay the initial deposit of $500 together with the $95 Professional Training Enrolment Fee. The balance is payable in the first week of Term.
Option 3: Spread the cost of your course fees throughout the term with a payment plan
To reserve your place in a course programme an initial deposit of $500 of your first term tuition fees together with the $95.00 Professional Training Enrolment Fee is required to secure your place or if the course programme only has one subject per term to reserve your place a 50% deposit is required upon enrolment.
A payment plan provides you with the option of spreading the cost of your terms tuition fee throughout the whole term in weekly instalments (12 weeks of term and including 1 week recess means you can spread of cost of your terms fees over 13 weeks). To be eligible to re-enrol all payment plan obligations must be finalised by the end of term.
A payment plan attracts a 10% surcharge which is applied to the balance outstanding after the first week of term. Options 4: Extended Payment Plans – Available for Advanced Diploma courses
An extended Payment plan provides you with the option of paying reduced tuition fee instalments each term allowing you to accrue your outstanding balance until you graduate enabling you to study now and pay later without incurring a Vet Fee Help Debt.
To reserve your place pay the initial deposit of $500 for your first terms tuition fees together with the $95.00 Professional Training Enrolment Fee.
An extended payment plan provides you with the option of paying $100.00 per week towards your course tuition fees throughout the whole term. The outstanding balance accrues each term allowing you to defer the balance until you graduate.
There is a 10% fee on the total balance of tuition fees accrued at the end of your studies.
