Manage Your Time… There are 3 key estimations done before starting a project. Those are:

Effort required to complete the project (person hours) Cycle time (days/ months) Project cost

Effort estimation is the first step Every hour we spend at workplace, translates to profit

TimeSheet Software: Organizational Mandate For each activity at workplace, the effort

(hours/ minutes) is estimated (planned)

Based on the total effort to be spent on a project, the project value is determined

We track the actual effort against the planned effort.

Check the phase list…map your phase-name with any of these. For example, if you are doing any type of development work, your phase will be either Alpha or Beta.
