Complete a marketing request form located at http://www.uakron.edu/studentlife/marketing/marketRequest.html For imprinted specialty items, select item and have artwork completed. Ordering these items requires a completed approval form and you are responsible for placing the order once the artwork is done. Be sure to call the company to verify what file types they accept for artwork. Contact the Buchtelite (x7919) regarding advertising for the week of your event. Remember: if you run your ad on a Thursday, it will have a longer shelf life than if you run it on a Tuesday. Also ask them to take photos at your event. Submit the event to the University’s electronic calendar at http://calendar.uakron.edu/ Contact ZTV (x6217) and WZIP (x8888) for exposure on local stations to advertise your event.* Post created materials such as fliers. Posting policy for the entire campus is online at http://uakron.edu/studentaff/osd/Posting.php.* Be sure to have postings counted and in the Team boxes in the SOuRCe before 5p.m. on Thursday.
