Wedding Guidelines Your personal Mauna Kea Beach Hotel romance specialist will
assist you every step of the way. These general guidelines will help you begin the planning process.
Creating unique and once in a lifetime memories is our specialty. Begin by selecting a wedding package for your “Best Day Ever!”
For weddings at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, a minimum of ten room nights is required.
To ensure the preferred space for your ceremony and reception, we encourage confirmation via a signed agreement nine months prior to your wedding date.
A non-refundable deposit of $3,500 further guarantees your space of choice. The deposit is applied to your wedding package.
Packages, food and beverage minimums and deposit requirements are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to Hawaii State
General Excise Tax of 4.721%, which is subject to change without notice.
Marriage License A marriage license must be obtained in the State of Hawaii prior to your
wedding. You may complete a marriage license application online at https://marriage.ehawaii.gov
An appointment with a Mauna Kea Resort marriage license agent should be arranged prior to your arrival. A fee of $5 (cash) is required
when meeting with the marriage license agent.
Both parties to the marriage must appear personally before the marriage license agent with valid government issued photo identification. Connect With Us!
