Learner Outcomes:

The learner will be able to:

Identify one method to decrease his/her stress level at work.

Identify one method to increase the productivity of a nursing meeting.

Choose one strategy the staff nurse can use to improve teamwork on his/her nursing unit.

Contact Hours: Nurses who attend the entire session and complete an evaluation form will receive 1.5 nursing contact hours.
