TilbretonIntestatrice per marmo e granito Tilbreton DATilbreton DA è una intestatrice per il taglio di filagne di marmo e granito in elementi di lunghezza ridotta o prestabilita.Il piano di lavoro a rulli è dotato di tabulatore per il taglio dei pezzi alla misura voluta.Il gruppo mandrino, scorrevole su speciali guide cilin-driche in acciaio cromato, è azionato con un pistone oleodinamico comandato da un gruppo motopompa.Il ciclo di lavoro con ritorno rapido è completamente automatico. La centralina elettrica IP 55 contiene le apparecchiature di comando e controllo in bassa ten-sione. A richiesta la macchina può essere fornita di spintori pneumatici per l’accostamento automatico delle filagne alla squadra di riscontro.

The spindle unit, sliding on special chromium-plated steel cylindrical guides, is moved by an ole-odynamic piston controlled by a motor-pump unit. The rapid-return cycle is completely automatic.The electric cabinet conforming to IP 55 protection, contains all the control devices in low voltage.On request, the machine can be equipped with pneumatic pushers for aligning the strips against the straight-edge.
