TIGER EQUIPMENTSPLITTERS

The TIGER series of concrete products splitters is composed of three (3)types of splitters. Manual feed splitters, automatic feed splitters, and verylarge capacity, fully automatic splitters.

The TIGER splitters are full multi-purpose units that have the mostadvanced features in the industry. TIGER’S splitters are flexible andunique. They are the best value splitters on the market in the industry.

TIGER’S manual feeding models are rugged, practical units that are simple to operate. TIGER splitters come in two (2)models, the MF-2W splitter and the MF-4W splitter. These are suitable for a large variety of tasks, and are commonly usedoff-line. These splitters use a moving top-blade and movable-table with a fixed bottom blade operating design.

TIGER’S automatic feeding models are as easy to operate, maintain and repair as they are practical, robust and fast. Theycome in two (2) models, the AF-3 splitter and the AF-4 splitter. Both are suitable for a larger variety of tasks than the AFSeries, can split larger sizes of concrete segmental retaining wall units, and can be used off-line and in-line equally. AF-3splitters use a moving top-blade and movable-table with a fixed bottom blade operating concept. AF-4 splitter uses a top-and-bottom moving blades operating concept.

TIGER’S fully automated TSP-Series splitter models are our largest and fastest splitters. They are extremely robust and agile.They are the paradigm of technical sophistication in the industry. They come in two (2) models, the TSP-12 and TSP-16.They are ideally suited for high capacity, large size unit production, and can split the largest size units in the market.These magnificent splitters can be used off-line or in-line. They have the unique advantage of being available with aRotating Blade head option (TSP-12RB and TSP-16RB). These splitters blade holding head configuration allow to simplyrotate the blade holder head to allow installation of a new (different) set of blades, without having to remove, disassem-ble and reassemble the whole splitting head and blade holder. These splitters use the movable top and bottom bladesoperating design.

Mixing is also very important, and TIGER’s durable and reliable RM and DM series mixers, deliver quality concrete to the diverse series of concrete product machines made by TIGER. However, if the blend supplied to the mixers is poorly done, in the wrong proportion, quantity, or inconsistent from batch to batch the end products quality will be affected. That is why a proper capacity quality batch plant is essential to having a good concrete products facility operating efficiently and that makes top quality concrete masonry products.
