SIMILARITIES The American Revolution and the Libyan

revolution were both fighting for the same thing. A new government under a new leader and freedom.

Led protests that led to uprisings across the country

Lost territories in war Protests led to many physical

revolutions Fought for what they wanted and what

they deserved

DIFFERENCES The rebellion against Gaddafi has also

demonstrated a degree of internal disarray that has raised concerns about what might follow if the rebels were to score a decisive victory in recent weeks.

As long as wars have been waged, children have been players as soldiers, bystanders, even as human shields.

Children collect bullets in their collections

I THINK THAT LIBYA IS…. On it’s way to success/has been

successful. The Libyans, even used the children to help out in their revolt. There was so much war going on in their neighborhoods, children even have bullets as a collection. On October 20, 2011 Gaddafi was found by American troops, and tortured him several times while he pleaded and ended up shooting him several times, killing him. Thus ended the revolt of Libya. In the end, the Libyan revolters were successful.
