Jennifer Westacott has been CEO of the Business Council of Australia since 2011, bringing extensive policy experience in both the public and private sectors. For over 20 years Jennifer occupied critical leadership positions in the NSW and Victorian governments.
She was the Director of Housing and the Secretary of Education in Victoria, and most recently was the Director-General of the NSW Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.

Michael Ebeid AM is a strategically focused CEO with more than 30 years’ experience in the Technology, Telecommunications and Media sectors. In 2017, Michael was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for his service to Broadcast Media and Multicultural Affairs and named CEO of the Year at the CEO Magazine’s Executive of the Year Awards.

Mark Emdin was appointed Chair of Workplace Pride (Amsterdam) in 2014. Since then he has focused on strengthening the strategic direction of the Foundation and developing partnerships with other LGBT+ organisations to address international challenges of LGBT+ workplace inclusion.
He is a former chair of Shell Netherland’s LGBT network “Pink Pearl” and works to support LGBT staff in countries where Shell doesn’t yet have LGBT networks.
ERIK DAY Vice President & General Manager, North America Small Business, Dell Technologies
Erik Day has been at Dell Technologies for 19 years. During which Erik has held multiple sales, merchandising, operations and marketing leadership roles both domestically and internationally.
As Vice President of Small Business, Erik’s goal is to advocate for small business across the globe and ensure they receive the IT necessary to help their business grow and thrive. He is heavily involved in advocating for workplace equality globally for LGBT employees of all sized corporations.
