Located in the core area of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, Tianfu Software Park (TFSP) is currently the largest international ecological software park in Western China. The Park has complete and advanced urban infrastructure, commercial supporting facilities, and consultation network.

Covering an area of over 1 million m2, the software park was constructed in three phases. The construction area of Phase I, II, and III is 230,000 m2, 560,000 m2, and 230,000 m2 respectively. Its overall planning integrates the advantages of other software parks from both China and abroad.

成都天府软件园有限公司向园区企业提供会议室租赁服务，现有会议室三间，分别为：学术厅(容纳100~160人)、大会议室(容纳46~60人)、小会议室(容纳12~25人)，场所内配备有投影仪、话筒、音箱等会务设施。

为丰富园区内企业员工的业余生活，天府软件园在 A9 奇诺咖啡厅内设置了图书阅览处，拥有涉及文学、艺术、经济、生活等多个大类的近 3000本图书，并且包含部分英文书籍。图书阅览处定时免费面向园区内员工开放，员工可凭身份证、工作牌开通一卡通的借阅功能后享受图书借阅服务。详情请见图书阅览处借阅细则。

Chengdu Tianfu Software Park Co., Ltd. can lease meeting rooms to enterprises in the park. Currently there are three meeting rooms, including one academic hall for 100 to 160 persons, one large meeting room for 46 to 60 persons, and one small meeting room for 12 to 25 persons. The facilities include projectors, microphones, and sound boxes are installed in the rooms.

To enrich the free time activities of the staff of the enterprises, the park reserves a reading room in building A9 cello Café. There are about 3000 books in six main categories such as literature, arts, economy, and life. Some of them are English books. The reading room is open regularly without charge to the staff working in the park. One could borrow the books after handling the relevant procedures with his identity card and employment card. Chengdu Tianfu Software Park Co., Ltd. has specif ically employed a specialized property management company to manage the park and provide services to the enterprises inside. The scope of public property management here covers:

● Maintenance of publ ic a reas , common fac i l it ies and equipment, including fire fighting equipment, elevators, utilities, air conditioning, security, street lights, and pipes

● Environmental sanitation within the public areas of the park and buildings, including daily cleaning, waste collection and transportation, septic tank and pool cleaning

● Landscaping of public areas in the park, including daily maintenance of existing green belts, design and construction of gardens and lawns in different areas

● Public order of the park, including public order of the shared areas of the park and buildings, emergency prevention and treatment

● Internal (Park) f ire control, including f ire prevention and rescue and treatment procedures in case of a fire

● Management of vehicles and roads within the park, including management of vehicle access, traffic order, and parking along the roads
