As well as successfully marketing our main product lines we have worked to develop and become an established supplier of automotive power train manufacturing, gauging, assembly and test machines and inter-operational handling equipment. The equipment range notably consists of:

In Process Assembly / Test Machines

Sealant application and press for cup and spark plug tube assembly.

Screw plug assembly. Cylinder bore gauge and grade. Cylinder bore surface finish. Crank bore gauge and grade. Main bearing cap / ladder / bedplate

assembly. Pan rail crack detection. Pressing and assembly of front and rear

crankshaft oil seal.

Leak testing of water jacket & oilways. Air underwater leak test facilities. Auxiliary drive shaft parent metal

Customer Training Providing High Quality Transfer of Knowledge

ThyssenKrupp Krause Ltd. have extensive experience in providing highly trained personnel for the task of training and instructing our customers’ staff in the safe operation and use of their new machines.

Training personnel are drawn from our engineering and service personnel, thus providing a true ‘hands-on’ transfer of knowledge and experience.

Onsite training at customers’ sites is also offered utilising our training methods or those developed with customers own training departments.

Basic operator and maintenance training is freely offered to customers during the commissioning stage of new equipment installation.

Customers are welcome to view machines during the build phase at the Redhill site of ThyssenKrupp Krause Ltd.

Project Management Project Engineering at ThyssenKrupp Krause Ltd.

ThyssenKrupp Krause Ltd. values highly the role of project management disciplines with the structure and development of all customer orders. A dedicated project management department has been established within the company structure since 1990.

All orders received by ThyssenKrupp Krause Ltd. are project managed within the project engineering department.

A specific project manager is assigned to manage the project through all phases to final acceptance on site.

The assigned project manager undertakes the primary responsibility of establishing and maintaining project timing, cost control, liaison and reporting activities with the customers’ project team members.

All key milestones and project events identified at the start of each project are agreed with the customer and entered into our computer based timing system.

The assigned project manager monitors actual progress against target progress and takes corrective or alternative actions to maintain project progress.

Project activity and progress is formally analysed at weekly project review meetings.

Regular project timing / progress meetings are also held with the customer. This ensures good communication between all assigned project personnel.

The project manager liaises with the customer throughout the warranty period of the machine to provide any support that is required.
