Clay, deceased, has filed her final account of her administration of said estate with the clerk of Wheeler County, Oregon and the said Court has fixed Saturday, December 11, 1937, at the hour of ten o ’clock as the time and the County Court room in Medford, Jackson County, Oregon as the place for hearing objections, tf any, thereto, and the allowance and settlement of said final account.
