Thursday Week 4 Writing

Watch the rest of Week 4 Writing PowerPoint from where it says Friday. We

know about using adjectives to expand noun phrases from Y3 and Y4, and we

have looked at prepositional phrases in Y4.

You are going to edit yesterday’s writing so that it includes expanded noun

phrases that have been expanded with adjectives and prepositional phrases.

You can either rewrite your work, or just rewrite sections of it using an astrix

(a little star), to show where the sentence goes (we have also done this at

school).

Use this checklist to ensure you have included everything you need to:
