Sit with your child & discuss priorities

Say “NO” for them when you know they are overscheduled

PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Classroom presentations on counselor role, definition of success, getting involved and goal setting

Conference with student. Opportunity to get to know student & find out how we can best support her/him

Individual meetings at student request - short term personal counseling

Parent/studentconferences - upon request

Referral source - long term counseling, etc.
