We are thrilled to be showcasing our new Portuguese producer, Quinta de Lemos, for the first time
in the UK at the Three Wine Men. Quinta de Lemos is located in the heart of the Dão, the oldest
wine producing region in Portugal. The Lemos family together with winemaker Hugo Chavez are
passionate about using indigenous varieties, such as Alfrocheiro and Jaen, to produce some of
the greatest wines of the Dão region: expressive and intensely rich with fine, silky tannins and long
seductive finishes.

The Artisan Smokehouse is a small family run and owned smokehouse on the Suffolk Coast. We
produce award-winning smoked food, made to order in small quantities to ensure quality and
freshness.
Our aim is to produce the highest quality smoked delicacies, using ethically sourced ingredients,
prioritising local British producers. We are really good at what we do and have benefitted from lots
of awards, which don’t make the food taste any better, but do give us a warm feeling inside. You
are welcome to come and have a little taste of what we do, so grab a glass of something nice and
pop by to taste some of our amazing smoked goodies! You can even think about buying some to
take home with you (which is why we do it)!
The Artisan Smokehouse will be bringing boundless enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit, really tasty
food and an offer to taste our goodies! Make sure you try our Smoked salmon (Ollie Smith says its the
best he has ever tasted!). Tim’s favourite is the hot smoked juniper cured free-range duck, - he makes
all the food so he should know!
Gill favours the amazing small batch hand ladled raw milk smoked stilton, rich, luscious, luxuriant and
creamy (try it with a dessert wine ;-).

PATRICIA MICHELSON started her business in her North London garden shed in 1991. The cheese
that motivated the business then and still does now is Beaufort Chalet d’Alpage, an alpine cheese
rather like a sweeter, nuttier version of Gruyere. Today La Fromagerie is run from two locations in
London: Highbury, the original shop with the cellar maturing rooms, and Marylebone which also
has a busy kitchen and dining area creating seasonal food and produce for both shops. Stylish
and unconventional La Fromagerie is recognized as being one of the best cheese shop addresses
in the UK.
The level of expertise La Fromagerie is renowned for is evident comes in the unique walk-in
cooled and humidified Cheese Rooms which Patricia created from her own design based on
mountain maturing ‘caves,’ and where between 150-200 cheeses are on display with tasting
notes. This perfectly ambient space keeps the cheeses in tip-top condition and customers can
browse the shelves and taste before they buy. All the cheeses are directly sourced from small
independent cheesemakers, and she makes frequent visits to the farms, as well as searching out
new producers. Both shops conduct regular tutored tastings and dinner events based on
seasonality and regionality, which are both educational and hugely covivial. La Fromagerie supplies
some of the best restaurants in and around London as well as pubs, dining rooms and corporate
businesses where cheese is considered an important part of the menu as well as a perfect way of
enjoying wine and spirits.

Ridgeview Wine Estate
Ridgeview is a family company based on the South Downs of Sussex in England dedicated to
the production of the highest quality sparkling wine from traditional Champagne varieties and
methods. Ridgeview has won over 200 medals and 26 trophies in international and national
competitions. Ultimately, Ridgeview caught global attention when they received the trophy for
the best inter-national sparkling wine in the Decanter World Wine Awards 2010, the first time this
has ever been awarded outside of Champagne.
In 2011 Ridgeview Fitzrovia Rosé was served by the Queen in honour of President Obama’s visit
to Buckingham Palace and Ridgeview Bloomsbury was served for the official celebrations of the
Queens Diamond Jubilee in 2012. As well as national success, the wines have achieved great
international acclaim and are now exported to thirteen countries around the world.
In 2012 founder Mike Roberts was awarded an MBE for his services to English wine. The second
generation of the Roberts family continue his vision to create the finest, traditional-method spar-
kling wine in England.
