THREE THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN SPECIFYING LED
PRODUCTS
COLOR TEMPERATURE
COLOR TEMPERATURE DESCRIBES THE TONE OF WHITE LIGHT AN LED PRODUCES. THIS IS EXPRESSED IN
DEGREES KELVIN. THE TYPICAL RANGE IS 2700K – 6000K.
THE LOWER THE COLOR TEMPERATURE THE CLOSER TO
INCANDESCENT LIGHT THE SOURCE IS, THE HIGHER THE NUMBER THE
CLOSER TO COOL DAYLIGHT.
