Qty Thread Ceremony Specific Items Description * Stainless Steel/Unbreakable Plastic/Ceramic dining sets for Kids at Matrubhojan. Try not to use

disposable plates and bowls for this function as they look very cheap. If you have to use disposables buy good quality decorative disposable dinnerware from Party Supplies Stores.

* Shehnai/Santoor/Sitar Divine Music 1 New Scissor for cutting hair of the Boy. If possible tie a decorative ribbon to

the handle to give an elegant look to it and wrap it in a decorative wrapping paper. Keep it in a silver/stainless steel plate.

* Colored Akshata (Red, Gree, Orange etc… if not just red mixed with Kumkum) to be showered on Batu during Mangalashtak.

Rose petals about 10-15 roses to be showered on the Batu during Mangalashtak.

* Pedhas wrpped in Red Crape paper to be distributed after the thread ceremony is over.
