We have all suffered at the hands of noisy, unhygienic, or just plain annoying neighbours. This book has been made to reassure you that the imaginative methods of torture you have often dreamt up for old Margaret at number 8, or the brutal home-truths you’re saving for the snooty cow over the road, are perfectly normal!
Annoying neighbours are a worldwide epidemic, so to try and restore harmony to our contaminated cul-de-sacs, here is a new set of commandments for people to adhere to so that if we cannot learn to love eachother,
we can at least avoid an ASBO.
