Support the FBI contract. POC for all server systems in the field. Install Centos Operating System on Chenbro servers and setup servers for deployment to
sites as well as Installed Centos Operating System on Dell Workstations for deployment. Installed Digium Quad T1 cards on Chenbro servers. Configured all BIOS on servers and workstations per SOPs. Ran and modified daily checks scripts on servers to check for any issues. Rebuilt APC and Powerware UPS battery packs for UPSes. Built APC racks and configure wiring within the rack prior to shipment. Rebuilt servers and troubleshoot servers upon shipment for repairs. Maintained Linux servers from FBI Field Office locations throughout the country. Maintained a Developer Network with Chenbro Servers and trouble-shooted any issues within
the network. Monitored Linux servers through the FBI Field Office locations throughout the country using
