1. What are GAP points?Treat your group to valuable extras before or during their cruise. Royal Caribbean® Group Amenities Plus (GAP) Program enables you to customize your group by offering a variety of amenities most valued by you and your clients. You may use your GAP points to recognize your clients or access Travel Partner benefits. Check out all of the different options available via our GAP program here.

2. Does this offer combine with the added GAP points on deposit group space?Yes! This offer will combine with the 4 GAP points already earned on deposit group space, meaning that your new deposit groups created on Quantum of the Seas will earn a total of 8 GAP points while new deposit groups on Serenade of the Seas will earn a total of 6 GAP points. Our two other Alaska ships – Ovation and Radiance of the Seas – will continue to earn 4 GAP points for deposit space.

3. Are both new and existing groups eligible?Only new groups booked on Quantum of the Seas and Serenade of the Seas sailing Alaska 2021 itineraries are eligible for this offer.

4. When will I see the additional GAP points reflected on my group?Once a group shell is created, the GAP points will automatically be reflected on the group.

5. Will this offer combine with Royal’s Group Rewards Program (Early Booking Bonus)?Yes! These GAP points (plus the 4 additional GAP points you’ll receive for deposited groups) will combine with the Group Rewards Program that Royal Caribbean offers where your clients will receive $50 OBC per stateroom for any space that has names and the respective stateroom deposit paid outside of 6 months to sailing. No Deposit groups will still have the additional 2 GAP points added for Serenade and 4 GAP points added for Quantum of the Seas and be eligible for Royal’s Group Rewards Program on any group staterooms where the space is named and respective stateroom deposit paid prior to 6 months to sailing.
