When I first started Thirty-One in 2003, I wanted to give women an

opportunity to do more for their families and themselves by owning

a successful business. Today, our Thirty-One family has over 110,000 Consultants across the country.

I was able to stay home with my kids and my husband as he finished medical school, pursuing his dream of being a doctor. In that time, I purchased living room furniture and a kitchen table with my Thirty-One income! Whenever we purchase something we all say, “Thank you, Thirty-One!”

My first years with the company were both exciting and difficult. My mama battled cancer, and Thirty-One allowed me to travel frequently to be with her. My brother was also fighting a battle during those years. My mama beat it, but my brother did not. During those times, my Thirty-One family was there for me always. It’s something I’ll never forget.

I originally joined Thirty-One to raise money for my niece and nephew. My sister passed away unexpectedly in November 2012, leaving behind two precious kids. I considered joining before, but I knew now was the right time. My “why” is to share my sister’s story and encourage women to sprinkle love on the hearts of those around them.

I love that there’s always someone available, whether you need business advice or a shoulder to cry on. The Thirty-One family is just that – a family! It’s comforting to know you can have someone at the opposite end of the country lifting you up when you need it, and you can do the same for them as well.

I’m able to be there for my kids on field trips and class activities. As an active duty military family, our time together is often limited. We can’t plan a family vacation or make long-term plans, but Thirty-One allows us to be spontaneous in our family time! Making memories with my family is my #31Why.

My husband and I have six children. My son’s baseball (just one season out of three) is $1,200 alone. Even as a registered nurse, I couldn’t afford things like that for all of them. Being able to give our children the “extras” is what’s important to me.

At the first party I attended, I was helping other guests pick out prints and personalization and I thought to myself, “I could do this! I want to do this!” Thirty-One is now my passion that makes anything seem possible. I love the confidence it has built in me, and the extra income it brings to my family. It’s been life-changing!

While we understand each Consultant's experience is unique, the following information should help you better understand average earnings at each Paid-at Title. Consultants can find Thirty-One’s income disclosure policy and guidance about how to use this Income Disclosure Statement in the Consultant Guidebook.

A Consultant is an independent sales distributor of Thirty-One Gifts LLC (“Thirty-One”) products. A Consultant is “Working” if she received at least one check in 2013. In 2013, 13% of all Consultants received no income from Thirty-One.

Note that these figures do not represent a Consultant’s profit, as they do not consider expenses incurred by a Consultant in operation or promotion of her business. The figures above refer to gross income (total income before any expenses are deducted). The expenses a Consultant incurs in the operation of her Thirty-One Gifts business vary widely. Expenses for Consultants can be several thousand dollars annually. You should factor in estimated expenses when projecting potential profits. Such operating expenses could include advertising and promotional expenses, product samples, training, travel, telephone and Internet costs, and miscellaneous expenses. Thirty-One Gifts does not require Consultants to purchase or maintain inventory. As a matter of fact, our policies clearly prohibit this practice.

The earnings of the Consultants in this chart are not necessarily representative of the income, if any, that a Consultant can or will earn through her Thirty-One business. These figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections of your actual earnings or profits. Any representation or guarantee of earnings would be misleading. Your success with Thirty-One results only from successful sales efforts, which require hard work, diligence and leadership. Your success will depend upon how effectively you exercise these qualities.
