Confirmation of numbersFor all catering events, The Cube must be advised of the approximate number of guests one(1) week prior to the event.

Final guaranteed numbers are required 3 days prior to the event. Please note there will be no reduction in charges if guest numbers decrease after this date.



TERMS & CONDITIONS

Confirmation of BookingsA deposit of the cost of the total room hire is required to confirm the booking.

Payment DetailsA deposit of $500 is required to confirm the booking with full payment being made two days prior to the function. Payments must be made by cash, credit card, EFTPOS, bank cheque or direct deposit into the following Westpac bank account: Account Name: Campbelltown Catholic Club BSB: 032-718, Account Number: 263-658

GST Prices are inclusive of GST. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices originally quoted however these are subject to market conditions.

Cancellations For Cancellations of confirmed bookings the following conditions apply:

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Provided more than one (1) month notice is given the deposit will be refunded less $100 cancellation fee.

If less than one months notice is given and the room is not re booked an additional $500 cancellation fee will apply.

If the booking is cancelled within one (1) month of the function the deposit (less $500 cancellation fee) will be refunded only if the room has been re-booked.

If the function is transferred from one date to another a second deposit is required. The original deposit will be refunded in full if the original date is re-booked.

Hire PeriodFunction rooms are allocated for a maximum period a four and half hours. Functions will start no later than 7.00pm. Clients are reminded that the room must be vacated within thirty minutes of the finishing time.

Bar Service/ Drink PackagesBar service will be provided for a period of four hours only. No extension of time is permitted due to the responsible service of alcohol legislation. All functions shall be conducted in an orderly manner and in compliance with the rules of the Club and all applicable laws. The Club reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol, if in its opinion this service would contravene the Club’s obligations under liquor licensing laws of the state. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years, or to any person considered to be intoxicated.

Campbelltown Catholic Club and its staff reserve the right in our absolute discretion to exclude or remove any persons from the function or the Club’s premises without liability.

Final NumbersNo adjustments to numbers can be made in the 24 hours prior to the function.

Floor PlansCompleted floor plans for all functions must be returned 48 hours prior to the function commencement.

DamagesWe ask that organiser’s liaise with staff over display arrangements to prevent any damage to the premises. Clients will be financially liable for any damage sustained to the Club or its property. No staples, sticky tape, blu tac, nails, glue or velcro may be used on any walls, door or other surface of the Club.

Venue ResponsibilityCampbelltown Catholic Club does not take responsibility for the damage or loss of personal items before, during or after a function. No responsibility will be taken for gifts or decorations brought onto the premises.

Client ResponsabilityThe client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and invitees and indemnifies the Club for all costs, charges, expenses, damage and loss caused by any act or omission by the client, client’s guests or invitees.

No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought to the function or into the Club generally.

Function ApprovalAll functions booked with Campbelltown Catholic Club Limited are subject to approval by the Club’s Board of Directors. The Club reserves the right to vary or cancel any booking if:

The function is deemed to oppose the objects of Campbelltown Catholic Club or may prejudice the reputation of Campbelltown Catholic Club

The function is deemed to be providing goods, services or information which may be seen as inappropriate or in contradiction of the Catholic faith

Should the Club exercise its right to cancel a booking, any deposit paid to the Club will be reimbursed in full to the client. The Club will not accept any liability for any other costs incurred by the client in relation to the booking

All functions shall be conducted in an orderly manner and comply with the rules of Campbelltown Catholic Club and all applicable laws.

AuthorityYou must be authorised to enter into this arrangement on behalf of the company making the booking.

When organising a cocktail function it is important to consider the responsible service of alcohol to your guests. The following recommendations are provided as a guide to the number of canapés which should be provided if alcohol is served at your event.

Patron CareTo ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests the Campbelltown Catholic Club – The Cube – exercises the responsible service of alcohol and strictly adheres to the government legislation of the liquor Act 1992.The Act states “all licensees, nominees and staff of licensed premises have a responsibility to ensure that liquor is sold and supplied to patrons in a responsible manner. It is illegal to:

Sell supply liquor to; supply liquor to; allow liquor to be supplied to or consumed by; a person under 18 years of age,

Sell supply liquor to; supply liquor to; allow liquor to be supplied to or consumed by a person who is unduly intoxicated or disorderly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Confirmation of numbersFor all catering events, The Cube must be advised of the approximate number of guests one(1) week prior to the event.

Final guaranteed numbers are required 3 days prior to the event. Please note there will be no reduction in charges if guest numbers decrease after this date.



TERMS & CONDITIONS

Confirmation of BookingsA deposit of the cost of the total room hire is required to confirm the booking.

Payment DetailsA deposit of $500 is required to confirm the booking with full payment being made two days prior to the function. Payments must be made by cash, credit card, EFTPOS, bank cheque or direct deposit into the following Westpac bank account: Account Name: Campbelltown Catholic Club BSB: 032-718, Account Number: 263-658

GST Prices are inclusive of GST. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices originally quoted however these are subject to market conditions.

Cancellations For Cancellations of confirmed bookings the following conditions apply:

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Provided more than one (1) month notice is given the deposit will be refunded less $100 cancellation fee.

If less than one months notice is given and the room is not re booked an additional $500 cancellation fee will apply.

If the booking is cancelled within one (1) month of the function the deposit (less $500 cancellation fee) will be refunded only if the room has been re-booked.

If the function is transferred from one date to another a second deposit is required. The original deposit will be refunded in full if the original date is re-booked.

Hire PeriodFunction rooms are allocated for a maximum period a four and half hours. Functions will start no later than 7.00pm. Clients are reminded that the room must be vacated within thirty minutes of the finishing time.

Bar Service/ Drink PackagesBar service will be provided for a period of four hours only. No extension of time is permitted due to the responsible service of alcohol legislation. All functions shall be conducted in an orderly manner and in compliance with the rules of the Club and all applicable laws. The Club reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol, if in its opinion this service would contravene the Club’s obligations under liquor licensing laws of the state. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years, or to any person considered to be intoxicated.

Campbelltown Catholic Club and its staff reserve the right in our absolute discretion to exclude or remove any persons from the function or the Club’s premises without liability.

Final NumbersNo adjustments to numbers can be made in the 24 hours prior to the function.

Floor PlansCompleted floor plans for all functions must be returned 48 hours prior to the function commencement.

DamagesWe ask that organiser’s liaise with staff over display arrangements to prevent any damage to the premises. Clients will be financially liable for any damage sustained to the Club or its property. No staples, sticky tape, blu tac, nails, glue or velcro may be used on any walls, door or other surface of the Club.

Venue ResponsibilityCampbelltown Catholic Club does not take responsibility for the damage or loss of personal items before, during or after a function. No responsibility will be taken for gifts or decorations brought onto the premises.

Client ResponsabilityThe client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and invitees and indemnifies the Club for all costs, charges, expenses, damage and loss caused by any act or omission by the client, client’s guests or invitees.

No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought to the function or into the Club generally.

Function ApprovalAll functions booked with Campbelltown Catholic Club Limited are subject to approval by the Club’s Board of Directors. The Club reserves the right to vary or cancel any booking if:

The function is deemed to oppose the objects of Campbelltown Catholic Club or may prejudice the reputation of Campbelltown Catholic Club

The function is deemed to be providing goods, services or information which may be seen as inappropriate or in contradiction of the Catholic faith

Should the Club exercise its right to cancel a booking, any deposit paid to the Club will be reimbursed in full to the client. The Club will not accept any liability for any other costs incurred by the client in relation to the booking

All functions shall be conducted in an orderly manner and comply with the rules of Campbelltown Catholic Club and all applicable laws.

AuthorityYou must be authorised to enter into this arrangement on behalf of the company making the booking.

Acceptance of Terms and ConditionsUpon confirmation of your booking you will be asked to agree to and sign a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
