Creating an Export Plan (export readiness assessment, trade finance, supply chain)

When looking to export a product or service, it is important for a company or entrepreneur to create an export plan for each product or service entering a market. If an export plan is not given the time and attention it needs, a company may fail in the initiative. This session provides a solid and comprehensive overview of what is needed for aspiring exporters to decide if they are ready to go international, how to secure trade financing and identify your supply chain needs.

By attending you will gain the tools and templates to create an export plan, as well as the knowledge and resources to aid in market expansion.
