Chapter 4: Autosuggestion – The Medium for Influencing the Subconscious Mind

I am positively influencing my subconscious mind.

I only permit thoughts to remain in my mind that are in harmony with my goals

and a positive mental attitude.

I have the ability to choose the thoughts that are passed to my subconscious mind.

I have absolute control over the material that reaches my subconscious mind.

I use the principle of autosuggestion to voluntarily feed my subconscious mind

thoughts of a constructive nature.

I read aloud the written statement of my desire for money at least twice each day.

In my imagination, I now see and feel myself already in possession of the money I

desire.

I have the ability to communicate the object of my desire directly to my subconscious

mind in a spirit of absolute faith.

My subconscious mind recognizes and acts upon the thoughts I mix with emotion.

I am creating thought habits which are favorable to my efforts to transmute my

desire into its monetary equivalent.

I am using the principle of autosuggestion to develop a money consciousness.

When I repeat my affirmations, I mix them with the emotions of faith, hope, love, and

gratitude.

I am applying the principle of autosuggestion with persistence until I

achieve my Definite Major Purpose.

I concentrate on my desire until it becomes a BURNING obsession.

I now close my eyes and concentrate my thoughts on the money I desire until I can actually see the physical appearance of the

money in my imagination.

Because I give my subconscious mind orders in a spirit of absolute faith, it acts on

those orders.

I repeat my orders to my subconscious mind over and over and over again in a

spirit of absolute faith.

The money I am visualizing is already awaiting my claim. My subconscious mind

must provide me with practical plans for acquiring the money that is already mine.

When I receive practical plans from my subconscious mind, I put them into

ACTION immediately.

My imagination is creating practical plans for the accumulation of money through the

transmutation of my desire.

I now see myself in possession of the money I desire with the expectation that my subconscious mind is providing me

with the practical plans I need.

When an idea “flashes” into my mind in the form of an inspiration, I treat it with

respect and act on the idea as soon as I receive it.

I create definite plans for carrying out my desire and I begin at once to put my plans

into action.

I demand and expect that my subconscious mind will provide me with the plans I need

to attain the money I desire.

I am learning what I need to learn because I have an attitude of humility.

I am following ALL of the instructions in “Think and Grow Rich” in a spirit of

absolute faith.

I repeat my “Think and Grow Rich” affirmation out loud so that I may hear my

own words.

I have written a clear statement of the amount of money I intend to accumulate, the time limit for its accumulation, and a

description of the service and merchandise I intend to give in return for the money I

desire.

In my imagination, I now see myself in possession of the money I desire.

I see myself effectively rendering the service I intend to give in exchange for the

money I desire.

The money I desire is coming to me in various amounts from time to time.

In return for the money I desire, I will give the most efficient service of which I am capable, rendering the fullest possible

quantity and the best possible quality of service with a positive mental attitude.

I believe I will have this money in my possession. My faith is so strong I can now see this money before my eyes. I can touch

it with my hands.

It is now awaiting transfer to me at the time and in the proportion that I DELIVER the

service I intend to render in return for it.

I am awaiting a plan by which to accumulate this money and I will follow

that plan when it is received.

I repeat my “Think and Grow Rich” affirmation night and morning until I see the money I intend to accumulate in my

imagination.

I review my written statement night and morning. I read it just before retiring and

immediately upon arising until it is memorized.

I am applying the principle of autosuggestion for the purpose of giving

orders to my subconscious mind.

I give my subconscious mind instructions that are mixed with the emotion of faith.

Because I am following the instructions EXACTLY as given in spirit as well as in

act, a whole new universe of power is being unfolded to me.

I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my soul.

I am the master of my own financial status.

I am the master of myself and of my environment because I have the power to

influence, my own subconscious mind and gain the cooperation of Infinite

Intelligence.

I clearly understand the instructions in the chapter on autosuggestion and I apply

them with persistence. I am succeeding in transmuting my desire into money.

I am using the principle of autosuggestion as a means of reaching and influencing my

subconscious mind.

I am fully conscious of the important role autosuggestion is playing in my efforts to accumulate money through the methods

described in “Think and Grow Rich.”

I am carrying out the instructions with child-like faith.

I am thoroughly convinced that the principle of autosuggestion is sound and that it will accomplish for me all that has

been claimed for it.

Because I understand and am following the instructions in “Think and Grow Rich,” I

am gaining a complete understanding and mastery of the principles of success.

1. Save this PowerPoint to a new file.

2. Copy the Power Affirmations that you want to focus on to that file.

3. Review those slides at least 2-3 times per day—preferably once in the morning when you get up and once in the evening when you go to sleep.

4. For the affirmations that are the most meaningful to you, I recommend you memorizethem. While that can happen automatically as the result of reviewing them regularly, you will accelerate the process with a little extra effort.

The result of memorizing an affirmation, quote, or passage is to pass the information on to your subconscious mind. This is why we are instructed to memorize definitions, multiplication tables, etc., in school.

Review and listen to the affirmations regularly for at least 30 days. The purpose of these slides and other tools is to help you concisely articulate your self-talk for the purpose of conditioning your subconscious mind for taking positive action.

Only action completes the success cycle. Affirmations, visualization, goal setting, by themselves create nothing. To achieve success, you must add efficient and effective action. Faith without deeds is dead.
