We listened to your suggestions to

and ideas improve the event and

we’ll be sure to implement many

of them next year! Some we

especially liked were:

Maintenance Bonus/Drawing –

For returning challengers who

have maintained or lost weight

since the final weigh out award

them with a special prize or be

entered into drawing(s).

Mid-Challenge Weigh-in Expo-

Host an expo halfway through the

challenge and invite everyone to

see how they are progressing on

the official scale. Those who have

achieved the goals they set for

themselves (by that date) will win

prizes.

Fitness Trackers – Utilize fitness

trackers (Fitbit, Jawbone and

Garmin for example) to track the

activity those participating in the

fitness challenge portion of the

event.

You should feel REALLY good about finishing the challenge because on average, about 35% of those who sign up don’t make it to the final weigh out. As a finisher you should be proud that you stuck it out even if you didn’t lose any weight. Commitment to yourself and your goals is always the right recipe for success.

We want to say again, ‘thank you’ for participating in our second annual Losin’ It! Challenge. We certainly enjoyed hosting this event. We thoroughly enjoy watching everyone celebrate their health and wellness success.
