Product Specifications Introduction: A Breakthrough in Combustion Analysis The iPRO 5000 Series TN/TS analyzer is a breakthrough in combustion analysis because it is now possible to analyze both light and heavy hydrocarbons without changing introduction modules. The Thermo Scientific jetPRO direct spray injector is a fully automated single introduction module, so there is no need to group samples by boiling point. The jetPRO direct spray injector is included as standard on all iPRO 5000 Series analyzers to enhance quality, save time and significantly reduce the need for spare parts. High Precision Analysis The analysis of light hydrocarbons at ultra-low concentrations has a precision of 2 % and it is possible to quantify nitrogen and sulfur concentrations in heavy hydrocarbons within 3 minutes. Compared to the standard boat method, analysis is significantly faster with fewer replicates required and less frequent calibrations for maximum productivity. Exceptional Accuracy Petrochemical production processes are optimized with ASTM compliance assured. The iPRO 5000 Series analyzer has been developed with propriety pre-soot detection technology which ensures complete combustion that is soot-free.
