Health and well-being from the depths of the ancient Panonian sea are provided by the unique natural “black” thermo-mineral sodium chloride hydrogen carbonate water from the depth of 1175-1467 meters, which was declared the natural healing factor as early as 1964.

At its source the water has a temperature of 72 °C, is cloudy, salty and smells slightly of crude oil. The water contains free and bound carbon dioxide in its un-stable form.

The water from Moravske Toplice with its temperature of 72° C is an exception of a general rule that hydrogen carbonate waters are usually cold and thus it is even more valuable and a rarity not only in Europe.

Bathing in thermal mineral water black tones the body, the water has a high min-eral content and an analgesic effect, as hydrogen-carbonate water it dilates blood vessels and positively affects chronic inflammatory processes of various types. It is known for its sedative effect in cases of increased nervous irritability.

Therapeutic individual exercises before 30 min. 19,50 €and after birthPsychophysical wellbeing during pregnancy is of great importance. The activity is allowed during all nine months (if not otherwise prescribed from the doctor). Moderate exercise strengthens the heart, circulatory and respiratory system and provides the body with enough oxygen. Especially emphasized are the exercises for strengthening pelvic bottom and abdominal muscles, incontinence prevention, pos-ture correction and trunk stabilization. Through the exercises the same body status as before the baby should be achieved. Strong abdominal muscles, upright posture and correct pelvis balance are effectively preventing back pains, strong pelvic bot-tom muscles prevent incontinence. The body is relaxed through the exercises and the mental stress is reduced.
