THE PRODUCTION OF THERMAL, ACOUSTIC INSULATION, WATERPROOF SYSTEMS AND OTHER BUILDING COMPONENTS

Isosystem is a dynamic company which produces thermal, acoustic, venti-

lated and waterproof insulating couplings in addition to other building com-

ponents. A large company with vast stock which ensures the logistics sys-

tem provides clients with effective solutions in short timeframes. Isosystem

develops training projects for companies governing the use and the instal-

lation of insulating systems in addition to a post-sales support service.

Eco-sustainability represents the primary objective for buildings: bio-housing, bio-ar-

chitecture, green energy and green building are essential in terms of eco-sustainability

making Isosystem, the ideal partner. At present, before selecting an area on which to

build, an environmental assessment of the existing relationship between home and sur-

rounding environment must be carried out, where an evaluation of the climate of the

location, the affecting winds, the geometric characteristics of the land, exposure to the

sun is carried out. As well as an exclusively technical focus, at present more than ever,

the only safe, real investment over time, is the home. Your home is the essential base on

which to build a family.

We are always in harmony

with the environment!!

At present, reducing energy consumption does not sim-ply involve saving a significant amount of energy, but also includes significantly protecting the environment. The air-conditioning and heating of buildings relies on a large percentage of energy; by simply improving efficiency, a re-duction of up to 40% of harmful emissions can be achieved. Isosystem manufactured waterproof, ventilated thermal in-sulation and structural thermal insulation systems, thanks to their appropriateness and features guarantee excel-lent thermal insulation allowing for increased well-being, enabling significant energy saving reducing raw material consumption and, consequently harmful emissions, primar-ily CO2, the main cause behind the greenhouse effect and climatic variations.

DESIGN TYPICAL OF A FLAT ROOF WITH DRAINPIPES AND GUTTER CHANNELS "MULTI-DRAINAGE SYSTEM"This type of system enables the channelling of rainwater, by means of the inclined modules across the compluviums to be dispelled to the drain or gutter channels. The inclined Termosystem comes in various types of tapered EPS sheets dependent on design requirements.Individual sheets (not paired) can be produced for solutions which include synthetic mantles, or paired sheets for polymer bitumen membranes for the subsequent application of layers to result in bituminous solutions. Our technical office is always available to provide clarification.

DESCRIPTION“Dekorsystem” is made up of a shaped EPS (sintered expanded polystyrene) element which is shaped according to requests, smoothed on the visible side using a cementitious plaster. The smoothed visible side (just like composite materials) is used to ensure the end product is resistant to external agents, knocks, bumps and has a surface ready to be treated with the classic outdoor paints. “Dekorsystem” can be used for the following: •Eave frames.•Circular frames.•String-courses.•All arch, barrel vault or cross-vault shapes.•All decorative column shapes.

FORMSYSTEM

DESCRIPTION“Formsystem CLS”, EPS formworks, coated to achieve holes when working with concrete. The EPS formwork, coated in negative Formsystem enables the achievement of concrete pieces:- eave frames - circular frames - string courses - all arch, barrel vault or cross-vault shapes - all column shapes. The versatility of FORMSYSTEM fully satisfies design requests and requirements, in addition to facilitating the carpentry work. The installation of Formsystem CLS is carried out using traditional timbering seeing as though the formwork external surfaces are level and perpendicular.
