THERMA-MARK CABLE MARKING SYSTEMTHERMA-MARK MARKER CARDSThe Therma-Mark cable marking system is based around the Cablecraft thermal printer.

It can produce small or large quantities of durable, high quality halogen-free markers for both core and route marking. Markers can be easily produced in conjunction with Excel or Cablecraft’s Therma-Mark software. The Cablecraft Therma-Mark printer is loaded with blank cards which are fed one by one through the printer. All the individually cut tags are then printed, row by row, under the thermo-transfer head. These are fed into the output magazine for immediate use.

Therma-Mark marker cards are developed to fit the Therma-mark printer. The marker cards are made from specially blended, halogen-free ABS plastic. They provide clear printing in one or two rows and are individually removable from the card. They are available in white, yellow, orange, red, blue, green and silver. Special colours are available to order, but minimum quantities may apply.

Therma-Mark standard carriers are supplied in transparent PVC material offering pro-tection to the markers inside, ensuring permanent and long lasting cable identification. There are 7 types which cater for conductors with diameters from 0.22mm2 to 150mm2. Standard cut lengths of 12, 16, 18 and 30mm. Supplied loose in boxes or on reels.

Therma-Mark adhesive panel labels enables you to print quality labels for panel and component marking, using the Therma-Mark marking printing system. Each label backed with a tough adhesive, measuring 54mm x 85mm. Each card contains fifteen small labels which can also be used as five large labels. Supplied in packs of one card.

The Therma-Mark Pre-Print service offers you two different marker options. The first is the route marker which is available in five sizes, this can be fixed using standard cable ties. The second is a wire marker which can be inserted into cable carriers of various sizes and then fitted onto the host wire. To order your pre-printed labels, please refer to the pre-print guide.
