Committee Formed to Review the Constitution and Develop Byl-lawsAt My request, President Millie has appointed me, Ed Vangeloff, chair of a three member committee

to review and revise the Playmakers Civic Theatre, Inc. Constitution and By-laws. An organizations

constitution and by-laws are two separate entities and should be treated as such. Therefore, we shall

offer two separate proposals: (1) A PCT Constitution and (2) a set of by-laws of PCT.

Our timeline for this is as follows:

1) Committee meetings June, July, and August.

2) Presentation to the Board at the August Board meeting

3) Presentation to the membership at the September Kick-off Party , which will be considered a

membership meeting.

4) Vote for acceptance at the October Guild Meeting

The committee members are Monette Garn, Allison Sauvey, and Ed Vangeloff as chair. Questions,suggestions, and comments offered to the committee should be in writing or e-mail so they may re-

ceive due consideration.

To qualify for the voting, all you must do is attend no less than meetings and read & report on a minimum of 5 plays, but you wont want to miss anmeetings because that is where you will hear other reports and learn about new playyou may want to read.
