Our mission is to provide the highest form of entertainment in the any town community. We offer the best bowling, pooling, swimming and overall entertainment for the entire family !! We will provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where the customers can receive entertainment as well as quality food, drinks and service at a reasonable price.

Type of BusinessOur business will be run as a Partnership.All debts and liabilities of this business will be our responsibility. We will pay personal income taxes on the profits made. This will make accounting much simpler.With having a Partnership, we can also deduct our business losses to the extent of our total income that we may have from all the sources.

Capital Structure We all six partners are investing Rs. 3,00,000 of our own money in the project.Simarjit is also using his own land and building.We are also requesting five year loan of Rs. 7,00,000 to complete start up funding for this new venture.Based on our market research, we conservatively projects sales over Rs. 2,00,000 in one year, with a strong Net Profit in 3 years.

LocationWe are going to establish our business near Cabana Hotel, Main road Phagwara (Jal).The land and building is owned by our partner Simarjit Singh, for this we all partners are agreed to give him extra incentives.The location of our business is surrounded by two universities and colleges. There are also many hotels and resorts nearby and it is on the main road.This location is best for our business as it is nearby universities and colleges which attract more youngsters and it is on the main road so the transportation facilities can be easily available also the customers staying at nearby hotel can easily approach here to enjoy the games as well as food at reasonable price.
