About the CCRA Travel Commerce Network

WHO WE ARE

Based in Fort Worth, Texas the CCRA Travel Commerce Network connects travel professionals and suppliers with everything they need to run a profitable travel business.

CCRA | CCRA provides travel agents and agencies with 24/7 call center solutions, negotiated rates at more than 37,000 hotel properties and 30 airline partners around the globe via their GDS, or through standalone booking engines like CCRATravel.comsm and AirSelect Centralsm.

Global Hotel Partner Network | We have been attracting leisure and corporate agencies in over 70 countries since this initiative began in late 2010. Our global agency partners have been able to benefit by using our hotel booking engine as well as the use of the CCRA rate code when using any GDS at over 37,000 directly contracted hotel rates. Since we began to expand globally, CCRA has had an average growth rate of just over 30% each year.

24/7 Call Center Solutions | CCRA developed the first after-hours call center 40 years ago and today number’s 60 of Travel Weekly’s “Top 100” travel agencies as clients, with a total of over 400 agencies under contract…all of them linked to the CCRA hotel program. In turn, these agencies represent over 30,000 corporations and more than 100,000 travelers.

Air Partner Network | In 2013, to support the growth and profitability of our agency members, CCRA created the Air Partner Network division and introduced its top-tier GDS airline commission program, CCRA AirSelect Directsm. In June of 2014 CCRA Air Partner Network rolled out its new, online air ticketing system, AirSelect Centralsm. Both programs offer travel agents to earn commissions on bookings made with CCRA’s airline partners. These programs further solidify our agent relationships and reinforces their use of the CCRA preferred hotel program.

Global Partner Network | In 2011, CCRA launched an initiative aimed at developing a global network of travel agencies and travel associations designed to help these network partners realize more income and more profit from a strategic marketing and distribution relationship. Today, CCRA’s global development team seeks out new business opportunities while continuing to maintain and engage the agencies and agents currently in our network.

CCRA Online Hotel Directory Niche Market Designation

Niche marketing is more than a phrase—it is the new standard for sales and marketing. CCRA helps partner hotels reach clients who are looking for a specific product type or service. In 2016, travel agents will have the ability to search for hotels in this online directory based on a specific product category. The CCRA Online Directory is aggressively marketed to travel agents throughout the year.

Hotels may choose from the following niche designations: resort, luxury, extended stay, golf, boutique, spa, all-inclusive facility or city center.

Niche Market Designation:$200—RFP field 267

CCZ Promotional Rate Code

Hotels now have the opportunity to gain additional and increased exposure to the tens of thousands of travel agents who use the GDS through CCRA’s new secondary rate code, CCZ.

Participation in the CCZ rate code allows hotels to quickly and easily move distressed inventory. Hotels can load promotional rates, last minute sales, limited arrival and departure dates or exclusives instantly, and have those rates consistently promoted to CCRA’s global network of travel agents. CCRA plans to position the CCZ rate code as the go-to place for the best exclusive offers, last minute deals, special promotions and limited availability deals, available exclusively to travel agents.

Suite Indulgence Program - ZZ5

As you may or may not know, Agents cannot search for suites specifically in the GDS. Well good news for you (and agents), CCRA has fixed that problem! New for this year, we have created the Suite Indulgence Program (zz5 promotion rate). By loading suites under the ZZ5 rate code, your suites will be easily bookable by agents via the GDS. All you need to do is load your rates and we’ll do the rest. We will be promoting the ZZ5 rate code to agents through our online webinars, PowerSolutions events, and more.

Better than Best Program

Hotels that offer CCRA a rate that is discounted off BAR will be included in CCRA’s Better Than Best Program and will receive added exposure:

• For rates 5% to 10% off BAR hotels will be included on our designated page entitled Better Than Best on CCRATravel.comsm. CCRA also includes a link on eBlasts and eNewsletters for easy accessibility for agents. And hotels receive a special Better Than Best icon on CCRA’s online hotel directory.

• For rates of more than 10% off BAR, hotels are listed on the designated Better Than Best Page with the special iconin the directory and receive a FREE 30-day destination banner ad placement which appears every time their city is searched on CCRATravel.com.

• Social media presence—CCRA will be tweeting and posting regularly about the hotels that offer travel agents Better Than Best rates!

CCRA Amenity Program

Hotels can show how much they value travel agent business by participating in the CCRA Amenity Program. Simply commit to offering agents’ valued guests an amenity not normally available to hotel guests.

• Amenities/special offerings might include a guaranteed complimentary upgrade, a fruit basket, a logo’d item—be creative.

• Participating hotels will receive special recognition every time their city is searched on CCRATravel.com. A special icon will be added to your listing at absolutely no charge.

• A link to the CCRA Amenities Page on CCRATravel.com will be included in monthly eNewsletters sent to over 21,000 professional travel agents.

OSSN Audience Upgrade | $300 per email
