• Ernest Hemingway, as a young newspaperman in the 1920s, bet his colleagues $10 that he could write a complete story in juts six words. What you see above is his story.

• In your composition book, write down questions you have about this story. (For example: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BABY!?!?!?!?!)

• Also write: What is your interpretation of the story?
