Frequent Flyer ProgramsFor the near future, Continental’s OnePass and United’s Mileage Plus will remain separate frequent flyer programs. The airlines are in the process of aligning the programs to create the world’s leading loyalty program, and program developments will be announced periodically throughout 2011 as we aim to fully combine our loyalty programs by 2012.

Miles accrued in frequent flyer accounts and frequent flyer program status are safe, and customers will continue to earn and redeem miles normally. Elite customers will have reciprocal seating and upgrade benefits in October 2010.

Member LoungesContinental’s Presidents Club and United’s Red Carpet Club members already have access to both lounges as part of Star Alliance. This benefit remains unchanged following the closing of the legal merger. In addition, guests of both clubs will now enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and access to complimentary snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Stock TickerUnited Continental Holdings, Inc., is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol UAL and began trading on Oct. 1, 2010, following the close of the merger.

United Continental Holdings brings together the best of United and Continental to deliver leading customer service, meaningful profitability and sustainable long-term value for our shareholders.
