Young people need to know how to:

• Develop and execute ideas • Take risks (and be OK with failure)
Recommendations:
- Develop skills in critical thinking, insight, and analysis capabilities
- Integrate new-media literacy - Integrate interdisciplinary training
to develop skills and knowledge in a range of subjects
- Use experiential learning and develop soft skills - the ability to collaborate, work in groups, read social cues, respond adaptively
