HATETHEY HATE LIBERTY

THEY HATE THE CONSTITUTION -  IT MAKES EVERYONE EQUAL BUT THEY LABEL THEMSELVES PATRIOTS

If you were to ask one of these radicals if he or she ispatriot they would quickly hoist an American flag high andwave it at you. If you produce a copy of the Constitutionthey will swear they would defend it to the death.

If you ask them if they believe in Equal Rights andFreedom of Speech they would swear by the grave ofsomeone dear to them that they do.

Oh yes, they will loudly proclaim that they are full-blown Americans, dyed-in-the-wool patriots.

They are such good Americans they want prayerssaid in school. That is, of course, basic to their Christianbeliefs; oh yes, the majority of them declare a loyalty to areligion. Most of them even attend a church regularly andsend money to some filthy rich crook posing as a televisionevangelist to demonstrate what good people they are. Theyall expect to go to Heaven – as unlikely as that may be.

Why is it unlikely? Well according to the King Jamesversion of the Bible Jesus said, “A new commandment Igive unto you, that you love one another ; as I have lovedyou, that you also love one another.” The book of John13:34

It may sound good but for many pretend patriots it isan impossible commandment to obey. Why? Because ifyou do not vote their way, if you do not adhere to theirextreme, unbalanced, radically leaning, twisted version ofwhat the U.S. Constitution means they will do all in theirpower to destroy you, to prevent you from having a voice

in the very government that guarantees all men equality.Religious freedom means you are free to believe as

they do but not differently. They possess perverted minds when it comes to

fairness. They cannot love someone who is a differentcolor, they cannot love someone who votes for a differentparty than they do.

They can quickly overlook the faults of the guys theirparty likes but they can just as quickly condemn a man in adifferent party for doing a lesser evil.

They love the Bible but they also like sexual freedom,as long as the neighbors don’t find out. They love the Biblebut they also like drunken forays and inflicting pain onpeople who are hungry and poor.

They will forgive any sins of anyone no matter howgreat – just so long as he is a member of their ownextremist political party.

They are they hypocritical extremists who wanteveryone to toe the line; they themselves are exempt fromany such restrictions.

They call themselves patriots but in reality they wantthe country ruled by a single party a quasi-dictatorshipwhere no one can vote except for those who meet withtheir approval.

They would surely like to take over American just asHitler perverted the laws of Germany so he could forceeveryone to live in his perverted manner. HATE-HATE!!

THEY ARE AS DANGEROUSAS HITLER OR STALIN WAS

Father Angry When Representative Won’t HelpRomeoville Resident Says Emily McAsey refused to assist him

Public officials work for the people. Elected officialsowe their positions to the electorate who cast votes forthem based on the assumption that they would representthe constituents of their particular political district.

Sadly, too many those elected to office tend to forgetthe reasons they were chosen by the voters once they havetaken their oaths.

That is precisely what has angered Richard Strom ofRomeoville, Illinois. Strom’s son is a prisoner in the Illinoiscorrections system for engaging in sex with an underage girlwhom he alleges claimed she was over 18 at the time. Infact, her Facebook page at that time claimed she was 34years old.

Ricky Strom is serving a two-year sentence for thatwas recently transferred from the Shawnee CorrectionalCenter at Vienna to a different correctional center locatedin Danville, Illinois.

Strom has been taking prescribed medications dailysince he was of elementary school age for a conditioncommonly known as bi-polar. If he takes the medication hefunctions near normally but without it he suffers thecommon mood swings experienced by those who sufferthis malady.

While he was confined to the Shawnee facility a Dr.Soberekon Koko arrived at the center after beingtransferred out of a similar corrections unit in Robinson,Illinois. Richard Strom Sr., Ricky’s father said that a keyperson at the Robinson facility told him Dr. Koko had beentransferred after more than one hundred complaints werefiled against him for reducing inmate medications or fordiscontinuing them entirely.

When the doctor settled in at Shawnee the doctordiscontinued the medication Ricky Strom has taken foryears to control his bi-polar condition. The Stroms say theybelieve Dr. Koko is cutting the medications to save moneyfor the private healthcare provider who is under a $200million dollar plus contract that it was given under theBlagojevich regime. Two other providers lost theircontracts to Wexford Health Sources, Inc. Wexforddonated an aggregate of $38,000 to the former governor.

I Think She’s Lazy of Scared! When we attempted to contact the whistleblower atRobinson we were prevented from speaking with thatperson and were referred to a media person who issuesprison press releases. She could not have confirmed theconversations Strom Sr. allegedly had with thewhistleblower.

Strom believesDr. Koko is on amission to save moneyfor the privatecontractor whoprovides medical careto the 48,000 inmatesin the Illinois prisonsystem. That companyWexford HealthSources, Inc., has ahistory of lawsuits inits past and presentthat allege withholding, denying or stoppingneeded care. At one

point in time it was alleged that the firm failed to report thedeaths of 14 inmates in New Mexico.

Strom Sr. has been contacting officials in Illinoistrying to get Wexford to put Ricky back on the medicationhe needs. Mr. Strom fears that without it Ricky mightmisbehave and then be denied his parole for which he willbe eligible in the spring of 2012.

The Governor’s office responded to Strom andpromised to examine his allegations. Senator A.J. Wilhelmi(Joliet) took immediate action and requested information. The office of the Inspector General of Illinois took hiscomplaint and promised to investigate.

Strom resides in Romeoville, Illinois and in the 85th

Illinois legislative district. Representative Emily McAsey ishis representative. Strom says he voted for her when shewas first elected in November 2008.Mr. Strom says he has telephoned her local office threetimes and on each occasion was told by a staff memberthat McAsey would contact him. She never called him.

WEXF0RD HEALTH SOURCES WASREMOVED IN NEW MEXICO

THIRTEEN LAWSUITS MAKE A POINTFairness demands that the facts be examined before

pointing fingers. In Illinois prisoners of the IllinoisDepartment of Corrections have been found guilty of acrime before a judge and in some cases by a jury.

A judge sentenced those convicted of crimes to servespecific terms in confinement. Their punishment has beenset by the court and no additional punishment may legallybe inflicted upon them. Prisoners unquestionably surrendertheir liberty, certain pleasures, and entitlements when theyenter prison to serve their sentences; they do not surrendertheir rights under the United States Constitution.

Although many in society may loath personsconvicted of crimes it is not up to corrections officials, doctors, or healthcare providers to punish them beyond thescope of their confinement.

Courts do not sentence people to deprivation offood, shelter or medical attention.

Some states have turned to private companies tosupply healthcare for people confined to prisons within theirstates. The plan, of course, is to take a major headache offthe back of the state. In doing that companies such asWexford Health Sources, Inc. are paid significant sums ofmoney to provide the healthcare for inmates of the variousinstitutions.

It then becomes a balancing act on the part of theprivate firms to juggle the cost of inmate care with theirprofits. It seems in some cases that profits hold a higherpriority than healthcare.

In the event a company contracts with a state but failsto perform according to accepted medical norms it mightfind itself guilty of fraud for taking money under falsepretenses.

The State of New Mexico learned the hard way thatplacing the healthcare of inmates in the hands of WexfordHealth Sources, Inc. may not be the answer to solving theproblems associated with providing medical attention forprisoners.

In a 2009 article the Albuquerque Journal said:Wexford Health Sources was cited often for problemswhen it held the contract to provide health care in NewMexico’s prisons. It eventually lost the contract.

A May 2007 audit by the Legislative FinanceCommittee found gaping holes in the delivery of careprovided by Wexford, including too few physicians, dentists and optometrists on staff, according to twoprison health experts that visited five facilities inFebruary and March of that year.

Wexford also failed to issue timely reports on14 inmates who died at correctional facilities in 2006,the audit found.

The following is excerpted from the Santa FeReporter in New Mexico: (read on line, click here)

In late 2005, Dr. Gayla Herbel, then theregional medical director for New Mexico's prisons, says she noticed that inmates' tuberculosis testsseemed to be coming back from the nursing staff tooquickly and in too large a volume. One afternoon, Herbel says, she randomly chose aninmate whose files indicated he'd tested negative forthe disease. According to Herbel, the inmate told herhe'd been injected with tuberculin solution, but no onehad ever examined him after to read the results of the

test. When Herbel reviewed the inmate's medical***image3***charts, she found he'd actually beentreated for tuberculosis within the past six months.Herbel says she subsequently discovered the files ofan additional "handful" of inmates who'd never beenproperly tested.

"'If this truly is falsification of the tuberculosistesting and it is the norm, we are at risk for anoutbreak,'" she recalls telling a colleague.

The Santa Fe Reporter, a New Mexico AwardWinning newspaper, ran a series of 15 articles regardingthe questionable healthcare that Wexford Health Sources,

Inc. provided to New Mexico prisoners.Prompted by those articles the New Mexico

Department of Corrections began investigations intoimproper inmate healthcare through the Courts,Corrections and Justice Committee . Ultimately thatcommittee recommended cancelling the contract withWexford.

The allegations against Wexford came from formerWexford personnel who came forward to denounce thecare provided by Wexford.

The Santa Fe Reporter is quoted from an October2006 article:

Norbert Sanchez, a nurse suspended by Wexford in

Thirteen New Mexico LawsuitsIllinois Citizens Should Not Have To Pay For Wexford Wrongs

September after an alleged dispute with healthadministrators, spoke at the hearing about problemshe witnessed at Central New Mexico CorrectionalFacility in Los Lunas. Sanchez recalled witnessing awheelchair-bound inmate who sat in his own fecesfor hours and a sick inmate who missed criticaldoses of medicine for congestive heart failure.Sanchez also expressed concerns that echo thoseraised previously to SFR by other former andcurrent Wexford staff: a systemic lack of medicalsupplies, failure to properly dole out prescriptiondrugs and reluctance to send sick inmates off-site forspecialized treatment.Though he was the only former Wexford employeein attendance, Sanchez referred legislators to apackethe'd disseminated with testimony from currentWexford employees. Those employees fearedretaliation if they came forward, Sanchez said.ACLU New Mexico staff attorney George Bachtestified that his organization has been hearing similarconcerns from Wexford employees and that manyare, indeed, afraid to go public.Illinois houses some 48,000 prisoners. The cost to

feed and care for them is estimated to be $1.6 billiondollars.

We formerly reported that Wexford donated$10,000 to former Governor Rod Blagojevich, that total, however, rose to $38,000. That is a small price to pay fora $ 214 million dollar contract.

You are paying those costs. It is your dollars that gointo the Wexford Health Source, Inc., bank account. You,the taxpayer, will pay for any court judgments that arelevied against the state because of the healthcare renderedby Wexford. You should be livid to hear that whatoccurred in New Mexico be being repeated in Illinois atthis very moment.

Illinois is broke. It is billions of dollars in debt andservices are being curtailed and staffs cut to help digourselves out of a financial hole. Should its citizens nowhave to pay for any alleged misconduct on the part ofWexford Health Services?

Convicted  former Governor  Blagojevich got $38,000 from Wexford.

HEADS UPON FINANCE

Courtesy of ARAContent(ARA) - The average American spends

approximately 12 hours preparing a Form 1040 incometax return, according to the Internal Revenue Service. With so much time invested, the last thing you want todo is make a mistake on your tax return - especially onethat delays your refund.

Fortunately, several of the most commonmistakes made on tax returns are simple in nature. Forinstance:

* Incorrect Social Security numbers. They mustmatch perfectly with what's on Social Security cardsbecause the IRS compares tax return information withthe Social Security Administration's database.

* Misspelled names. All names on returns mustalso match Social Security cards. Pay special attention

to dependents' last names, asthose tend to be misspelled.

* Filing status errors. Ifyou're not sure which of the fivestatuses you are, see IRSPublication 501.

* Miscalculations. In additionto math errors, taxpayers oftenmiscalculate amounts related totheir taxable income, withholdingand estimated tax payments, theEarned Income Tax Credit, theChild and Dependent Care Credit, the standard deduction for age 65and older or blind, and taxableamounts of Social Securitybenefits.

* Incorrect bank accountnumbers for direct deposit orpayments. Double check therouting and account numbers foryour financial institution so thatyou either receive your refund in atimely fashion or pay your balanceon time (thus avoiding penalties .

and interest). You can prevent a lot of errors

like these by simply not rushing, says TaxACT spokesperson JessiDolmage. "Prepare your return whenyou have the fewest distractions. Ifyou're interrupted, stop and comeback to your return later, or even thenext day. You don't have to do yourtaxes in one fell swoop.

"Another easy way to avoidthese types of errors is to use a taxpreparation solution," statesDolmage. "Online and downloadsolutions like TaxACT allow you toimport information from last year'sreturn, which reduces the chance ofmistyping key information. Theprograms also provide step-by-stepguidance while completing theforms and math for you, and theycheck your return for errors andmissed opportunities."Regardless of how you prepare yourtaxes, print and review the

information on your returnbefore filing. When you're ready tofile, e-file your return. Unlike paperfilers, you'll receive confirmationwhen the IRS receives and processesyour return. Combined with directdeposit, you can have your refund inas few as seven days.

Dolmage adds that the IRSwon't send you a notice foroverlooked tax breaks. Softwaresolutions like TaxACT help you takeadvantage of all your tax breaks. Ifyou're not using software, watch outfor these tax credits (a directreduction of your tax liability): theChild Tax Credit; the Child andDependent Care Credit; highereducation credits; the Saver's Credit;and energy-saving credits.

(ARA) - As the United States, one of the world's wealthiest countries, struggles with debt and a still-uncertain economy, Americans are closelywatching the steps our leaders are taking to address long-term fiscal problems. The state of our nation's economy has also caused many individuals to re-examine their own personal finances and money management plans.

In a new book titled "Wealth: Is It Worth It?" the founder of Chick-fil-A,Inc., S. Truett Cathy, examines the potential dangers that accompany the pursuitof personal financial success. In a video message on WealthIsItWorthIt.com,Cathy says, "We are misled to think money will bring happiness."

Having grown up in a financially poor family during the Great Depression,Cathy now owns the Atlanta-based restaurant chain with annual salesapproaching $4 billion. Using his own life lessons as inspiration, Cathy sharesthe following money management tips in his new book.

Earn money honestly - There is no substitute forhard work. Cathy worked behind the counter of his mom-and-pop restaurant for 21 years before he opened the firstChick-fil-A restaurant at the age of 46 in 1967.

Find balance - Find work-life balance byremembering, "What's Important Now - WIN." Cathy saysthere were times when his family had to suffer due to hisabsence for work, and other times when his business had tosuffer because his family needed him.

Save reasonably and spend wisely - Everyoneneeds a budget. Create a plan for spending and saving thatallows you to buy the things you need and put enough asidefor long-term requirements.

Shop smart - Buy the things you need on sale. Evennow, Cathy likes to buy his clothes on sale and his carsused. When shopping with his grandchildren, he takes theopportunity to teach them to only buy what they need.

Manage risk - Avoid unnecessary risks. While wecan't avoid all risks, Cathy says too many people take ontoo much risk in their desire to generate more wealth. Henotes instead of saving money to create wealth, peopleborrow money to create the appearance of wealth.Likewise, companies, in an attempt to grow bigger faster, borrow more money than they can manage.

Think long term - Set long-term personal andfinancial goals. Cathy, who interviewed former IndianapolisColts head coach Tony Dungy about the definition ofsuccess, points out that according to Sports Illustratedmagazine, 78 percent of professional football players arebankrupt two years after they retire. Poor investments andpoor spending decisions too often cost them everything.Cathy says to stay focused on your long-term goals ratherthan compare your progress to others, referring to Chick-fil-A as the "tortoise" in a race with a "hare" competitor inthe '90s.

Give generously - Don't wait to start giving. In thebook, Cathy also interviewed billionaire investor WarrenBuffett, who says giving to others is a philosophy he andhis wife decided on back in their 20s. Cathy says thehappiest people he knows are those who give away theirmoney and the saddest are those who hold theirpossessions in their hearts instead of their hands, or whohoard because they fear what the future may bring.

"Money and possessions for their own sake are ahollow victory," Cathy says. "Real victory is what you dowith the money, not the fact that you have it."

Don't let your money manage you

The dirty truth about fleasFind out what could be

hiding in your home

(ARA) - When fleas arespotted in the home, it'sour pets that take theblame. But did you knowthat for every flea you see, there could be a muchbigger problem hiding inthe bedding, carpets, furniture and floorboardsof your home?

The truth is, flea eggs, maggot-like larvae and pupae represent 95percent of a flea infestation, and theythrive not on your pet, but in theplaces your pet likes to snuggle - onthe couch, under the porch, even inyour bed.

A problem waiting to hatchWithin as little as eight weeks,

just two fleas can produce up to2,000 eggs. Your pet shakes thesetiny white specs off himself and intoyour home where they quicklydevelop into maggot-like larvae andspin silken cocoons, becomingpupae. In their pupae stage, fleas canlay dormant for up to a year waitingfor the right conditions to hatch intoadults. That means, as long as youhave eggs, larvae and pupae hiding inyour home, you're always at risk fora sudden, itchy infestation.

Consider these uncomfortablefacts from SentinelPet.com:* The adult fleas a pet owner seesrepresent only 5 percent of the fleapopulation. The other 95  percent -eggs, maggot-like larvae and pupae -hide in your home.

* A female flea can lay up to 50eggs a day.

* Eggs hatch into maggot-likelarvae in two to four days.

* Larvae are repelled by lightand burrow into the fibers, cracks andcrevasses of your home.

* In their cocoon stage, fleas canlie dormant in your home for up to ayear.

Why infestations thriveMost flea products only treat

adult fleas. The eggs, larvae and pupaeare allowed to thrive in your home, hatching into repeated adultinfestations. Not only do manyproducts fail to prevent an infestation, they also leave a sticky residue onyour pet that can wash away, or ruboff onto furniture, carpets and evenchildren. To truly prevent aninfestation, you must break the flealife cycle. And that means killing fleaeggs and larvae before they becomeadults.

Break the cycleThe way to prevent a flea

infestation is to rid your home ofdeveloping flea populations. Thatmeans making sure those flea eggs

never develop into nasty maggot-like larvae. Many veterinariansprescribe an insect growth regulatorto stop flea eggs from hatching. When female fleas feed on your pet'sblood, they'll pass on potent killingpower to their eggs and any existinglarvae that feed on excreted blood.Products like SENTINEL(milbemycin oxime/lufenuron)Flavor Tabs even combine fleaprevention with heartworm andinternal parasite protection in onemonthly tablet.

Before peak flea season hits, talk to your veterinarian aboutmaking sure your home isn't playinghost to a vicious flea infestationcycle. To locate a veterinarian or getmore information on protecting yourpet and family from parasites, visitwww.SentinelPet.com.

Dogs must be tested forheartworm prior to use. In a smallpercentage of treated dogs, digestive, neurologic, and skin side effects mayoccur. Please see full product insertfor more information.

Breaking the Cycle: A Weight Loss Success StoryAt just 24 years old, Heather Latif found herself

upwards of 230 pounds and diagnosed with high bloodpressure - the same condition she's watched her mother andgrandmother suffer from her entire life. Heather had beenuncomfortable with her weight for years, but was stunned tobe facing this serious health concern at such a young age.

While Heather's diagnosis may have been alarmingbecause of her youth, she's far from alone in her strugglewith weight. In fact, over two-thirds of U.S. adults areoverweight or obese. 1 According to a study recentlypublished in the American Journal of Preventative Health, obesity is almost as much of a public health threat assmoking. 2

Heather decided it was time to break her family'sunhealthy pattern. "I knew I needed to become more activeand develop a healthier relationship with food."  She joinedseveral exercise classes and began watching her caloriesand fat - but she still wanted additional support. With herdoctor's approval, she started taking alli, the only FDA-approved over-the-counter weight loss aid, to help boosther efforts. In conjunction with a reduced calorie, low fatdiet and an exercise regime, the pill and online behavioralsupport program gradually helped her become moreconscious of the foods she ate and, in turn, make healthierchoices.

In less than a year, Heather lost more than 30 poundsand achieved a normal blood pressure level. Her successalso changed her outlook on life and feelings about herself."The difference the weight loss has made in my life isincredible," she says. "I'm more positive, lead a healthierlifestyle and I'm significantly more active. I've also gainedthe confidence I need to be more social."

Studies have found that anywhere from two-thirds to95 percent of dieters eventually regain the weight they lost.3 To avoid that fate, Heather says she is still taking alli andthe pill remains a key tool to help her make lasting, positive

change and achieve the personal weight-loss goal she set. For more information on how alli can help boost your

weight loss success, visit www.myalli.comHeather Latif has received compensation in the form

of free product and related travel expenses fromGlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare.

alli is a weight loss aid for overweight adults with aBMI of 25 or greater. alli is taken with a reduced calorielow-fat diet.

Results may vary. In clinical studies, alli users lost 5-10 pounds over six months.References:1. Flegal, KM, Carroll, MD, Ogden, CL, Curtin, LR. (ARA) - Crime scene dramas like "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "Criminal Minds" haveexploded in popularity over the past decade, creatingwhat many in the legal field describe as "The CSIEffect."

"The CSI Effect" refers to the way the oftenexaggerated scenarios in these shows haveinfluenced the public's perception of the forensicscience field. Many viewers don't realize that it cantake weeks to get laboratory test results, thatevidence must be handled in a very careful manner,

and that some of the technology used on these shows simply hasn't been invented yet."Probably about 5 or 10 percent of what is on 'CSI' is realistic," says Melissa Beddow, a DNA analysis

expert and forensic science professor at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. "A lot of the technology isnon-existent, and a lot of the evidence handling (in those shows) is wrong and would be thrown out ofcourt in a trial."

But the TV shows have also had a morepositive effect on society - spurring the interest ofcollege-bound students who are finding the field tobe an attractive career option. Until recently, students interested in the forensic science fieldmajored in biology or chemistry. But students arenow turning to forensic science programs, whichgive them an opportunity to log significantlaboratory hours working with industry-standardinstrumentation. That experience means they'llrequire less on-the-job training after graduationand will be more desirable job candidates thansomeone with lesser training.

Suddenly, undergraduate and graduate degreeprograms are sprouting up across the country. Inthe past several years, graduate programs inforensic science at University of California, Davis,Florida International University and GeorgeWashington University have all seen major jumpsin enrollment.

Beddow is overseeing Grand CanyonUniversity's forensic science bachelor's degreeprogram, which began this fall. Students in theprogram take general foundation classes similar tothat of a pre-med program, as well as more specificforensic courses, such as toxicology, forensicchemistry, and DNA analysis, where students willanalyze mock DNA samples to extract and processfor identification.

"There was a big need for this program inArizona," says Beddow. "We have a lot of associate

degree programs in this state, but those don'tadequately prepare a student to enter a laboratory

environment right after graduation."Students who graduate with a degree in

forensic science have a number of post-graduationoptions open to them. They will be qualified to workin virtually any analytical laboratory or they can goon to medical school or another graduate program.

This flexibility is what attracted GCUfreshman Charlie Willett to the program. Growingup, Willett always dreamed of being an FBI agentand planned to major in biology and possibly attendmedical school.

"But Professor Beddow has talked to me aboutall the different things you can do in a lab," saysWillet. "And a lot of that sounds interesting to me,too."

Willett enrolled in the forensic scienceprogram when he realized it was a path that wouldkeep all those doors open to him.

Sarah Palin Guilty of Major Ethics Violation

Strom Sr. says he visited her local office two timesand was given the same response; however, the last timehe was there he accidentally encountered McAsey in theparking lot and spoke with her.

According to Strom McAsey told him it was in thehands of the Illinois Department of Corrections and shewould be unable to help him. She would do nothing.

Strom was angry over thatbecause he already knew thatofficials can inquire into the actionsof the department of correctionsbecause the Governor, a StateSenator and the InspectorGeneral’s Office had alreadypromised they would.

Strom is upset because hebelieves his state representative is

just unwilling to do what she promised during hercampaign “to help people” or is, perhaps, lazy. He alsonoted that perhaps she will not question the ethics oractions of Wexford Health Source, Inc., because she hasa background as a prosecutor and may be blinded tosearching for the truth.

We attempted  to get a response from EmilyMcAsey’s press person Tom Wogan but have gotten noresponse.

Father Angry - Continued from Page 3

When Sarah Palin announced that she would resign asthe Governor of Alaska on July 3, 2009 it was amid 15pending ethics complaints against her.

Now she has been found guilty of violating the AlaskaExecutive Branch Ethics Act. Palin established a private legaldefense fund that she tagged Alaska Fund Trust (AFT) whileshe was the Governor of Alaska. She alleged it was to fendoff political attacks on her.

Palin who rode thecoattails of Senator JohnMcCain to national fameduring the 2008Presidential campaignreturned to Alaska to findthat she had lost much ofher insider support andsaw her approval ratingdwindle from animpressive 90% to about50%. Soon after that sheannounced that she wouldnot make a run for re-election to the Governor’soffice and surprised manyby announcing that shewould resign and not

complete her term for which she still had 18 monthsremaining at the time of that decision.

Much of that was probably due to her often blunderingresponses to media questions.

During the 2008 campaign she came under fire afterallegations of abuse of her office as governor were broughtin what was to become known as the “Troopergate”scandal. It was alleged that she used her office to bringpressure to bear to have her sister’s ex-husband fired as astate trooper.

The report of that incident said, “I find that GovernorSarah Palin abused her power by violating Alaska StatuteAS 39. 52.110(a) of the Alaska Executive Branch EthicsAct …”

The current finding of guilty of violating the same actwas rendered by the same man who issued the first finding in

the Troopergate scandal, Timothy Petumenos,Independent Council for the Alaska Personnel Board. The decision by Petumenos means Sarah Palin will haveto return #386,000 in contributions  made to her AFT.

Andre McLeod, government watchdog said, "Neverhas a governor lowered the bar as low as Palin has whenshe breached the public's trust over and over again. Herarrogance, sense of entitlement and recklessness whiledoing the people's business sets a very bad precedent.

"For her to be portrayed as a role model by themedia is an absolute travesty. The more people find outabout Palin...the more they learn that a 'servant's heart'does not beat within her."

Palin is now asking for public funds again.
