Funeral Meal Committee
Our parish provides a wonderful service of providing
meals to families after funeral Masses. The
committee is in need of some volunteers to help with
this. You can choose to be on one of three
committees: dessert, salad, or vegetable. When there
is a need, you receive a phone call to make one item.
Those interested in helping with this special ministry
can contact Greta Solgere at 812-663-3583.

All Saints Parish is hosting a fantastic display incorporating images of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Several of the images are on loan from St. Meinrad Seminary & School of Theology and the University of Dayton. Come and be inspired! This traveling exhibit will be at all three festivals (St. John, Dover- July 15-16, St. Martin, Yorkville- July 29-30, St. Paul, New Alsace - August 12-13)~ Saturdays 5pm-9pm and Sundays 11am-6pm. Entrance to the exhibit is FREE to the general public. The St. John festival is the only exhibit that is handicap accessible. All are welcome!

It’s that time of year again…… Registration for all St.
Mary’s students K - 8th grades and anyone interested in attending St. Mary’s School, will be held on Sun-day, July 15th, from 4:00– 6:00 pm. July 16th 8:30 am – 12:00 at 1331 E. Hunter Robbins Way in the cafeteria. At this time you will be able to see class lists, pay book bill fees, pay lunch accounts, etc. If these times will not work for you, please call the school at 812 – 663 - 2804, and we will set up a time that is more convenient to fit your schedule. fruitful worship experience.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults R.C.I.A.
St. Mary’s will be offering sessions for those interested in our Catholic faith. These classes focus on the beliefs and professed faith of our religion. We will share on a variety of topics- Scripture, Religious History, Prayer- in an atmosphere of fellowship and prayer. Anyone interested can call the parish office, 663-8427, ext. 204, for more information or to sign up. All are welcome. Sessions will begin on Thursday evening, August 24 at 6:30 p.m. in the church meeting rooms.
Perhaps you have a family member who is not Catholic, but often asks questions about your faith. Maybe you have a friend or acquaintance in the same situation. Take the time to invite someone in!

Registration on July 15 and 16 will be a time when you can pay book bills, check out the classrooms, and fill out paperwork or update any paperwork that has already been turned in.
--Parent Handbooks will be updated this summer. If you would like an updated version, they will be available at the registration days in July.
--We have started a nice collection for our free uniform Swap Shop. If you have any uniform clothing you would like to donate, just let us know. We plan on having the items available for “shopping” on the registration days and our Back to School Night.

Academic Archers Besides being great archers, the students on both of the St.
Mary’s archery teams are also great students. Many of them were recognized as NASP Academic Archers at our awards
program on the last day of school. To earn this distinction a student must maintain a GPA that establishes him well within the school’s criteria for high academic achievement and have
