CIVIL CEREMONIES

Say 'I Do' with your guests seated around you to witness and share in your special moment. A number of rooms can be used for civil, partnership and humanist ceremonies. A ceremony room hire charge of £500 will apply. The registrar will need to be booked directly by the couple. Booking is possible up to two years to the day prior to your wedding date.

All of our 75 bedrooms are en-suite, non-smoking and offer the following facilities:

We cannot guarantee an early check in and therefore recommend staying the night before.An initial allocation of up to 10 Classic bedrooms for the night of your wedding can be held on your behalf. Additional accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and can be booked at the best available rate. Any bedrooms not booked will be released two weeks prior to your wedding date.

We are delighted to offer a 10% discount on our best available rate for overnight accommodation for your wedding guests. The discount is applied to the best available rate at the time of booking. Guests are able to call and book their own accommodation quoting your wedding party to receive the discounted rates. They can contact reservations during office hours on 0344 879 9000.

Provisional booking Once you have chosen your date you may hold this as a provisional booking for 14 days without obligation.

DepositTo secure the date a non refundable/non transferable deposit of £1,000.00 or 20% whichever is less is required along with a letter of confirmation. Any bookings not confirmed after 14 days will be released.

PrepaymentAn estimated pro forma invoice based on your requirements will be presented to you for payment after the final details have been discussed with our wedding consultant eight weeks prior to the wedding.

Credit/debit card details are required to guarantee payment for any additional items or outstanding balance which must be settled prior to departure from the hotel after the wedding.

Final numbersFinal numbers charged for dinner is the figure advised to hotel 14 days prior to the wedding or your minimum requirements (whichever is the greater).
