First Brown Car will have Denis & Pia Fernando, and John & Ruth Forster in it. The second Brown Rolls will have Mark & Marie Trick (if Marie is present/otherwise Matt Trick), and John & Kathy Trick in it. *If Marie Trick is there then Matt Trick will need to go with a Groomsmen or with Kristina Trick.

Groomsmen will then need to make sure videographers have someone to follow to Scorrier House (as they will need to be there before Guests arrive at the Wedding Breakfast).

14:00Drinks on arrival around the pool - Scorrier HouseToastmaster MC (Peter Craft) to welcome Guests near the red carpet area introducing Guests by name as they arrive to go through pool gate. *Important Guests are only allowed to use the Toilets by accessing them from Fernandos Hideaway (Gift Room) unless it is wet and the drinks on arrival is in The Earthlights Boogie Lounge. In which case they will only be able to walk through part of the dining area (see page 42). 14:00Drinks on arrival around the pool - Scorrier HouseCaterer (Jennie Taylor) to provide Drinks On Arrival from the patio area. Danny & Sarah will provide eight black aprons for staff to wear with The Wedding 2008 branding on them *some of these will need to be passed onto the bar staff after dinner service and staff numbers diminish for the evening buffet. A rope barrier will be placed to stop people walking around dining area. *If wet then drinks will have to be served in The Earthlights Boogie Lounge and rope barrier will need to be placed so that Guests can only access Toilets by walking partially through the dining area.
14:00Head Groomsmen - Scorrier HouseHead Groomsmen to place swing sign near the welcome arch so that people know to walk around the front of building as well as placing bay trees at the entrance to the red gazebo at the end of red carpet.
14:00 15:30Photography & Videography - Scorrier HouseRoss Jones/*Simon Paul (photography) to take photos of Guests arriving on red carpet and around the pool (taking group photos of people and family members). Nick Hine (videographer) to get talking heads (Vox pops). Joe Gough (videographer) to video Bride & Groom having photos. Groomsmen Gerald Fourie to play african drum near the pool.

15:30 15:55Cutting of the Cake - Group Shots on the bank location 11 & in the Secret Garden Cutting of the cake in gazebo near pool. *If wet the cutting of cake will take place in the conservatory alcove. Toastmaster to announce cutting of the cake followed by group photos on the bank . Caterer to take cake away afterwards to cut up for desert (see pages 58-60).
15:45Wedding Breakfast Pre Meal Music - Scorrier HouseJason Tolputt to put on iTunes so music is playing as people enter for meal (after his group shot).
15:45Seating for the Wedding Breakfast - Scorrier HouseNick Hine (videographer) to take position in bar area on a tripod to video Guests being seated and the top table and Bride & Grooms arrival (*this position will remain here until the speeches have finished and footage of Guests eating, the Bride & Groom talking to each other to be taken). Joe Gough or *Simon Paul if present (with steady cam) to take up position around steps in the dinning area (see pages 49-50). 15:45Seating for the Wedding Breakfast - Scorrier HouseSeating for the Wedding Breakfast will be announced by the Toastmaster MC (Peter Craft) to each group after they have had their group shots on the bank with the Bride & Groom unless they are having photos in the Secret Garden .
*Groomsmen to make sure Guests are seated to correct tables from entrance to dining area after shots in secret garden.

MC then points out fire escape routes (see page 42). Toastmaster MC formally welcomes the Guests to this auspicious occasion The Wedding 2008 (and makes some comment on the title and statement (The Wedding 2008), and how it has lived up to the name so far! and explains the proceedings for the rest of the meal and evening (basically MC says we will now welcome The Wedding Party followed by the Bride & Groom, followed by Grace by Rev Christopher Perry, then serving of the Wedding Breakfast Meal followed by the Speeches, followed by the opening of Taffys Bar around 6pm. At 8:30pm The Earthlights Boogie Band will be playing smooth Jazz, Funk & Classic Dance tracks for you to get down and Boogie in the evening too. In the bands interval at 9:30pm there will be a firework display followed by the buffet. The Bus back to Falmouth will be at 12:15am.

Budock Water - Follow the A39 from Truro, towards Falmouth. On the Penryn bypass, pass the large Asda store on your left, and continue to the next roundabout (Hillhead). Eight In A Bar Choir
While guests arrive to be seated the Choir Eight in a bar will take up a position at the frontnext to the pulpit to sing their songs. During the service they will move to the choir pews(shown as A on the diagram). When the Bride & Groom go to sign the registry (B) the Choir will once more take up the position at the front next to the pulpit. Once the Rev d. Christopher has reappeared from the signing of the registry with the Bride & Groom, the Choir will return to A ready for the dissmisal music (as the Bride & groom will move to position C for a blessing at the altar before the dismissal).
When the guests arrive one Groomsmen will hand them an Order of Service Booklet and ask them to wait until another Groomsmen is available to seat them. One Groomsmen will bein charge of seating guests according to the seating plan (if their name(s) does not appear then they must be seated in the pews that have no allocation). *If it is wet the umbrellas that are handed out at the Car Park by a Groomsmen will be collected and stored next to the font to dry.After the dismissal if it is still wet, guests will be handed an umbrella at the exit to the church byone of the Groomsmen. One Groomsmen will then have to collect the umbrella at the Car Park.
Once the Bride & Groom along with the Wedding Party start to move up the aisle to take positions near the Church Exit for the Line Up, the Groomsmen will leave position D and takeup the positions marked X. The Groomsmen who are now in the aisles will keep guests seated, allowing them out one row at a time, so that they can be greeted at the Line Up. TwoGroomsmen will take positions at the Church Exit after the dismissal to hand out maps toScorrier house for those who are attending the Wedding Breakfast.

When the Bride & Groom go to sign the registry (B) the Choir will once more take up the position at the front next to the pulpit. Once the Rev d. Christopher has reappeared from the signing of the registry with the Bride & Groom, the Choir will return to A ready for the dissmisal music (as the Bride & groom will move to position C for a blessing at the altar before the dismissal).
When the guests arrive one Groomsmen will hand them an Order of Service Booklet and ask them to wait until another Groomsmen is available to seat them. One Groomsmen will bein charge of seating guests according to the seating plan (if their name(s) does not appear then they must be seated in the pews that have no allocation). *If it is wet the umbrellas that are handed out at the Car Park by a Groomsmen will be collected and stored next to the font to dry.After the dismissal if it is still wet, guests will be handed an umbrella at the exit to the church byone of the Groomsmen. One Groomsmen will then have to collect the umbrella at the Car Park.
Once the Bride & Groom along with the Wedding Party start to move up the aisle to take positions near the Church Exit for the Line Up, the Groomsmen will leave position D and takeup the positions marked X. The Groomsmen who are now in the aisles will keep guests seated, allowing them out one row at a time, so that they can be greeted at the Line Up. TwoGroomsmen will take positions at the Church Exit after the dismissal to hand out maps toScorrier house for those who are attending the Wedding Breakfast.

Position 7 - Between the entrance to Taffys Bar, one cameraman will capture Guests as they start to sit ready for the meal. After people have seated it is expected that this cameraman will then roam between tables (between courses being served).
Position 8 - As the toastmaster announces the arrival of the Bride & Groom to the Wedding Breakfast, a cameraman will be standing behind top table to capture them coming down the steps.After they have seated the cameraman will then move to a fixed location on the first tier of steps labelled A, and remain there on a tripod to film the meal and speaches.
