younger generation… “Keep working and
keep moving once you accomplish one goal,
move to the next.... life is what you make

Employee Spotlight
Crystal Riebel has been the Beautician with Prairie Vista
Village since opening day in 2014. We value her because we
know how much she means to the residents and families.
Doing a resident’s hair is more than a standard service. It
is about developing personal relationships. Residents look
forward to their weekly service with Crystal. She is always
there to listen in some of their best and worst moments,
and greets each resident with open arms and a caring
heart.
Thank you, Crystal, for your great skills and service! We
appreciate you and look forward to another great 5 years!
This month’s employee spotlight is on Lori C. Lori
has been with Prairie Vista Village since it has been
open, July 2014. She currently lives in Altoona, but
grew up in Des Moines. She has one son, Bryan,
who has worked for the Southeast Polk schools as
a custodian for 15 years. Lori has 6 cats whose
names are, Momma, Pooh, Teddy, Flash, Shadow,
and Payton. She also has one dog named Rico. In
her free time, Lori loves to spend time with her
family and fur babies. She also loves going to the
movies. What she enjoys most about Prairie Vista
Village is the wonderful residents; they are like a
second family to her. She also loves seeing her
grandpa, Ed, and his dog Mr. Kibbles. Lori loves
working here and believes her co-workers are
great to work with. Lori makes a great addition to
the PVV team!
