Embark on a gastronomic journey through the traditional cuisines of borneo with this exciting 8-course degustation menu. Carefully prepared with age old home recipes using unique local ingredients, each spectacularly assembled plate is a celebration of the diverse cultures of this exotic island. Wonderful flavours of the succulent seafood, tender meats, crisp wild vegetables and fruits enhanced by the aromatic herbs and spices will send your tastebuds into overdrive.
