FOR YOUR ADDED PROTECTION we have a face mask required section for the 8:00 and 10:30 services. This

simply means that whoever sits in this section will wear their mask for the entire worship service. You can

certainly sit in other sections, but this one is the only section where masks are required.

For the mask required section, please enter the doors

by the church office, proceed down the hall, turn left and walk past the Welcome Center. Please enter door 1 or

door 2 and sit in the marked sections for mask required. There are signs posted for clarification.

CALLED BUSINESS MEETING On January 10, 2021 there will be a special called business meeting at the conclusion of all morning worship services to consider requests for capital improvements to our campus. The Budget Team and the Deacons have reviewed and unanimously supported these requests. According to our bylaws, the church family will need to vote for the projects to proceed. The requests are as follows: Replacement of 2 HVAC units (20 ton and 15 ton

units) in the Education Building at a total cost of $58,669.72 to be taken from the surplus in the General Fund.

Replace and upgrade the 14 amplifiers in the Worship Center at a total cost of $16,362.00 to be taken from the surplus in the General Fund.

Upgrade of current system and expansion of magnetic door and security lock system to extend to Activities Center and Youth Building at a total cost of $19,175.00. Of this amount, we have designated gifts for this project in the amount of $10,000.00. Therefore, a total of $9,175.00 will be taken from the surplus in the General Fund.

Construction for an egress renovation and addition to the Fellowship Hall and Education Building. Scope of work will include a new set of doors added to the west wall of the Fellowship Hall and south side of the Education Building to match existing storefront openings in adjacent areas. New doors will be connected with a new canopy system. Total cost of the project is not to exceed $48,500 to be taken from the Building Fund.

Per our bylaws, we will have question and answer sessions on January 6 and 7, 2021 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the 55Plus Suite. Members of the respective teams will be there to answer any questions that you might regarding these proposed projects and expenditures. You may also contact Bros. Breck, Tommy, and Ken with any questions you might have. We will vote without discussion on January 10.
