EVALUATION

Avaluació inicial: descobrir mitjançant un torn obert de paraules quins són els coneixements inicials dels alumnes respecte què és un hort, què s’hi fa, com, quan es planta, com cal cuidar-lo, tipus de plantes que poden ser plantades al nostre hort i quines no i per què, coneixement de vocabulari i d’estructures d’ús en anglès.

Avaluació contínua: el procés de treball dura tot un curs escolar, per tant , s’avalua el treball realitzat per cada alumne ( documents que al final es recullen per fer-ne un petit àlbum), la participació, el coneixement i ús de la llengua anglesa a l’hora de comunicar-se amb la mestra i els seus companys.

Avaluació final: A final de curs realitzem una prova escrita per avaluar els coneixements adquirits.
