Listen closely and you’ll hear your wake-up call.

Hear that? It’s the sound of an island welcoming you

with open arms. It’s birdsong, mingled with laughter. You hear

it because your hotel room has no fourth wall—it’s an always-open

picture window. In here, you’re pampered and celebrated by an

island that heard your requests and is intent on answering all of them.

Hear how Saint Lucia lifts your senses. Call 1-800-456-3984 or visit stlucia.org

nathan and I live in Washington DC and always loved the Caribbean. We met at the University of Florida but started dating much later when we started to work together. While visiting Puerto rico for our first dating anniversary we fell in love with the island of vieques. We instantly knew it would be the perfect destination wedding location to share with our family and friends.

We had a small wedding of only fifty guests and it was perfect. I always dreamt of sharing our

wedding day with our family and friends on a beautiful beach. We incorporated a lot of our personal touches in the event. For example I made the sashes for the bridal party, had special photos of our pet doxie as table numbers and we made special welcome gift bags for the guests.

It was one of the most special times in my life and we were honoured that all of our guests chose to share this unforgettable day with us.

If you would like your question answered send it to [email protected].

Have a question for Preston?

Q: My fiancé is thinking traditional and classic for our wedding style and I am dreaming about modern and chic. How do we begin this process when we are so far apart?

PB: the wonderful thing is that you may not be "as far apart" as you might think. the great thing about decorating a wedding is that you normally have different areas to design. Choose one space (maybe the cocktail area) and give it modern elements while making the dinner area more traditional. very often, I have incorporated modern designs with traditional touches and vice versa.

Q: I love bling but my friends are saying too much is tacky. How do I find a balance between sparkle and good taste?

PB: You're asking me this question? I'm kidding. I think it is important that your wedding reflect your style and if that is to enjoy "too much sparkle" go for it. One person's Ott is another person's "just enough". In the end, you want to look back and know that your event was just as you wanted it to be: a reflection of you and not your friends. And seriously, as far as I am concerned, the sky is full of stars; one can never have enough bling.

Q: How do I go about hiring a wedding vendor? How many should I see and what are the obvious questions I should ask before I hire them?

PB: When it comes to hiring a vendor for any event, word of mouth is a great place to start. If I’m working in a new hotel I always ask whom they would recommend. Of course, you’ll still need to talk to them over the phone and via email to ensure that they are a good fit. Once that has been established, do a thorough background check. My staff has even called past clients and asked them their thoughts on their work and professionalism.

Keep in mind the lowest quote isn’t always

the “best” one. Sometimes, this will end up costing you more than the highest bid. Lastly, ensure that your vendor is aware of your

expectations. If you’re renting furniture from them, make sure that you tell them before they quote your requirements. Putting the furniture into place, as per the floor plan at X time. Picking up the furniture from that location at X time and so on.

Q: My friend recently had her wedding in the Caribbean. Two days before the event she was told that there was a shortage of orchids on the island. The problem was orchids were the major elements in all her decor and bouquets. The only option was to get some flown in from Europe the day before at a ridiculous cost. What other elements can I use other than fresh flowers to give me the wow factor at my wedding decor.

PB: Local flowers or tropical flowers would not only be easier to find on the island, but also be less expensive. that said, you may need to use a lot of them to achieve that “wow” factor. that said, do not use too many different varieties. Choose one or two and create a large floral statement with them.

Q: I have been searching the web and magazines for great looks I can use for my wedding in the Bahamas next year. The problem is I love everything! How do I narrow down my likes to find the look for my event?

PB: this is why I say that Pinterest and magazines are your best friend and your worst enemy. there are so many wonderful choices out there that it can be hard to narrow things down. I would suggest that you use images as sources of inspiration instead of trying to recreate them directly (the "Bride Ideas" section on my website www.prestonbailey.com was designed especially for this reason). I would suggest you choose a theme and colour story first and then go from there. You can base these on the venue or the experience you hope your guests will enjoy. And remember, there are always anniversary parties to plan in the future!

the memorabilia in this chic musical museum.

the lavish rooms and suites are ideal for couples. Appointed

accommodations are easy to stay in all day and comforting to

return to after a long day of activities. the personal liquor dispenser

stocked with a wide array of libations can also keep an in-room

party going on for a really long time.

If it is rejuvenation of body, mind and soul you want then the

rock Spa is your answer. Choose from a lavish menu of massages,

facials, and body treatments that will transport you to a different

state of mind. With ten individual treatment rooms, six couples

treatment rooms, and a master spa treatment room with hydro

spa tub it offers the ultimate in relaxation for one and the secluded

romance of a treatment together. One of the highlights here is if

After dinner it is time for the legendary hard rock entertainment.

nightly themed shows that range from salsa to vintage hip-hop are

quite the evening treat. the highly trained dancers and musicians

are on par with any quality international production you may have

seen. the amphitheater setting also adds a great lively atmosphere

as to the performances.

On warm days the beach beacons. the long strip of soft white

sand is the perfect place to lay around under an umbrella or in a

cabana with a tall cocktail. there is also the large lagoon styled pool

with swim-up bar and daily music and activities. Always expect an

all day party in the pool.

amenities and endless things to do at the hard rock hotel Cancun.

A game of tennis is sure to get the competitive juices flowing or

maybe some basketball on the lighted courts in the evening. Go

for a run on the beach or around the property if you so desire or

the state-of-the-art gym has everything you need to keep you on

your regular workout regiment.

In the Cancun area there are tons of things to do off property as

well and one of our favourite is the Xcaret eco-park. It is a natural

sanctuary where the history of Mexico combines with fun traditions

and the splendor of the Mayan culture. It is a great way to learn

about the destination and its conservation. You can also spend

the day swimming with turtles and snorkeling before you pick up

& JohnThe Background…Dianna was born and raised in toronto, attended York University and went on to study law at Osgoode hall Law School. John, who was also raised in toronto, likewise studied Law and both are now Partners at the same law firm. Ironically, Dianna and John grew up in the same neighbourhood, though didn’t come to this discovery until after they met.

The Meeting…“I finally convinced her that she liked me,” John says, though Dianna knew she didn’t need to be convinced. “Dianna is a dream come true. Anyone who meets her is automatically drawn to her,” John says. Dianna and John met in 2001 when they started working together. however, their friendship didn’t flourish into a romantic relationship until 2009.

The Proposal…In order to have Dianna’s hand in marriage, John knew that he had to get permission not only from her parents, but also from her five-year old son, Steven. After much consideration by Steven, he granted John permission to propose to Dianna, which was very important to John. “he’s more than a stepson to me. he’s my son and my best friend,” John says. In August 2013, the entire family went to Spain on vacation. Dianna’s and John’s mothers were riding the subway together, when Dianna’s mother was unfortunately pick-pocketed. thankfully, it was John’s mother who was holding the ring, and he was still able to pull off an enchanting proposal on the beach in Barcelona.

The Wedding Destination…Dianna and John envisioned something different from the big weddings that they were accustomed to. they wanted a unique destination wedding, and found the rose hall Great house in Montego Bay to be a perfect fit. though some may shy away from the mansion’s peculiar history of its original tenant, Annie Palmer, John and Dianna nevertheless found the legend entertaining, and were drawn to the fabulous location even more. In 2011, Dianna took a tour of the rose hall Great house while on vacation with her mother. “I said to my mother, it must be so beautiful to have a wedding here,” Dianna says. Once the venue was chosen, Dianna and John selected the luxurious Iberostar hotel to house their guests throughout their stay in Montego Bay.

And the Bride wore…Dianna was stunning in a nicole Miller fitted gown with the signature neckline and cap sleeves. “It was perfect in the heat because it was so light,” Dianna says.

And the Groom sported…John appeared dashing in a custom-made, grey bespoke harry rosen suit and white linen shirt.

The Feast…Dianna and John treated their guests to a lovely 3-course meal. Starting with a delectable crab salad with crispy wontons and scotch bonnet salsa, the entrée followed with a choice of beef tenderloin or pan-seared grouper. A decadent dessert table and chocolate fountain completed the sumptuous banquet.

Unique Wedding Features…Since their wedding fell on July 1st, Dianna and John incorporated Canada Day into their celebrations. Although far from home, Canadian flags were hung throughout the venue to inject a bit of Canadian heritage into the party.

The Honeymoon…Dianna and John will be embarking on a two-week adventure to London, england, where they will sightsee and tour the historical country. “After the amazing time we had in Jamaica this is really honeymoon number two,” says John.

Advice from the heart:“things will happen as they happen, and it’s not worth worrying about anything that’s out of your control,” Dianna says.

Congratulations Dianna & John!

She left Canada with the intent to stay in Barbados for one year, but hasn’t moved back since. tania has a strong background in dance, which has become more of a hobby, as she is currently the Director of Finance for a chain of luxury resorts. nigel was born in Guyana, but moved to Barbados in his early childhood. he is a journalist for the Barbados Advocate, and also owns his own photography company, nigel Wallace Photography.

The Meeting…tania and nigel had seen each other on a few occasions before an official meeting occurred. the first sighting was at a dance show for which tania was assisting her friend, and nigel happened to be covering the story for the newspaper. Ironically, both tania and nigel thought the other was from new York City. A few months had passed before any contact was made, when tania decided to reach out to nigel for some help. “I asked him to help with Pr for a dance show that I was involved in,” tania says.

The Proposal…tania’s father was visiting tania & nigel in Barbados, which happened to be perfect timing for nigel to ask tania’s father for her hand in marriage. nigel took tania’s father to go ring shopping, as he had planned to propose to tania the following Sunday, on their one-year anniversary. Later that evening, after purchasing the ring, nigel got a call from tania, during which she shared that she was having a terrible day, and all she wanted was for nigel to cook a special meal for dinner. Like a good boyfriend, nigel had tania’s favourite meal ready for her when she arrived. When she sat down to eat, nigel dropped down on one knee. “he told me that not every day will be perfect. Some days will be difficult, but he wanted me to know that he will be there for all of them, especially the bad ones,” tania says.

Wedding Destination…tania and nigel chose the Bellevue Plantation estate to best suit their desire to have a wedding that was non-traditional. “We wanted a garden wedding,” tania says. Given that their close friends and family were primarily from overseas, they wanted a destination where everyone could be together and spend quality time throughout the entire week of the wedding. the Bellevue Plantation, spanning 4 acres, was the perfect location to house tania and nigel’s guests within the estate’s eight bedrooms. the fully staffed estate only enhanced the personal touch to this intimate wedding experience by providing a chef, butler, and housekeeper to ensure hassle-free accommodations within a home-like environment.

And the Bride Wore…tania wore a chiffon, fit and flare Maggie Sottero gown with a sweetheart neckline. though originally styled as a Clarice gown, tania had it altered to have the lacing in the back opened and lowered, while also adding the personal touch of a crystal belt for a hint of sparkle.

The Groom Sported…nigel wore a three-piece grey suit, which was custom made for him by a tailor in Barbados.

The Feast…In order to keep the party atmosphere alive, tania and nigel chose Scott Ames from Scott’s Catering. “We wanted to provide a meal that was conducive to mingling,” tania says. A cocktail hour featured a variety of canapés, including smoked salmon roulade with avocado salsa, chilli garlic shrimp skewers, and spicy tuna maki. A tapas style service followed, during which seared tuna, wakame salad, beef teriyaki skewers, and jerk pork with plantain were served – just to name a few.

Unique Wedding Features…A focal point of tania and nigel’s wedding celebration was the involvement of their close family and friends. “All of the service providers for the wedding were either our family members or close friends,” tania says.

The Honeymoon…tania and nigel channelled their inner child and ventured to Disney World in Orlando for their honeymoon. “nigel is a theme park junkie, and I love Disney,” tania says. the couple enjoyed a magical two weeks in Orlando.

Advice from the Heart: tania stresses the importance of looking at the bigger picture, and ignoring the minor mishaps. “remember that it’s your day and it’s about celebrating how much you love each other and the life you’re going to build together,” tania says.

The Wedding Destination…Prior to their engagement, Delinie and Dail had agreed on Saint Lucia, and had even scouted various venues during a visit to Dail’s parents on the island. “We fell in love with the soldier barracks on Pigeon Island,” Delinie says. When I imagined a destination wedding, I thought of a beautiful beach with perfect turquoise waters and powdery white sand. having vacationed in Grand Cayman about 13 years ago I remembered it being just that. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect backdrop for a wedding! We got married right on the sand at Coral Stone Club, located on the famous Seven Mile Beach.

everything about the wedding was amazing, but I think the part I will remember the most is seeing my groom, Andrew for the first time. We did a ‘first look’ on the pier which was so much fun! I loved the fact that we got to have that special moment just between the two of us.

When you are trying to plan such a special event from so far away, it’s really important to have someone on the island helping guide you through the entire process. Our planner, Juliette heath from Five Star events Cayman was a huge help throughout the entire planning process, from suggesting and arranging all of the vendors, to going on site and taking pictures of the different venues we were considering.

E c o - L u x ein riviera nayarit

| DESTINATION FOCUS |

As a publisher of a bridal magazine focusing on destination weddings I am always eager to visit new locations. Already travelling from tlaquepaque to Isla

de Mujeres I was excited about this part of Mexico that I knew little about. tucked between the Pacific Ocean and the Western Sierra Madre Mountains lies riviera nayarit. Boasting a coastline that stretches for almost 200 miles, it is easily accessible from the Puerto vallarta International Airport and just west of the tepic International Airport. Lush flora and beautiful weather, meshed with authentic Mexican culture makes it claim to be a destination that is easy to love.

I meet richard my host and after 10 minutes driving from the airport we are already in riviera nayarit. We spend another 40 minutes witnessing the scenic mountains and glimpses of the ocean until we pull up to a large gate signaling we have arrived at my first destination, Imanta resort. With each winding turn my suspense builds until we hit a second gate and the drive continues through beautiful tall trees. When we come to a stop I am greeted by Chris at a large pavilion on a hill giving a teasing

vista of the ocean below. While indulging in my welcome cocktail of hibiscus juice we are informed that our bags will be taken to the villa but we should head straight to the beach as they are about to release a batch of baby turtles into the ocean. I have seen it before and it is a magical sight and I along with a friendly couple on their honeymoon bombard the giddy hatchlings on their march to the water like paparazzi witnessing the arrival of a star on the red carpet. While following one into the surf I turn and get my first look at Imanta. It fits perfectly on the hill as if it was molded there through time and nature to be a part of its surroundings.

A short walk up the beach and I am in Aye, my villa right at the base of the hillside. the décor is clean and modern but incorporates rich brown hues to match its surroundings. this marriage with nature is mirrored in its furnishings like the towel rack of a dried tree branch and a bench of a beautifully polished tree trunk. the villas themselves are made from rock excavated from the hillside. high ceilings add a feel of luxurious space. the room is large but inviting and warm.

these larger compounds are perfect for families and high profile guests travelling with staff. Chris mentions a list of recent guests including ‘A-list’ rock stars, socialites, hollywood royalty and actual european royalty. I pry a bit to see which celebrities slept in my bed. he smiles and says with a wink and a laugh “mi amigo I can’t say.” this gives me free reign to make my pick…I am a big Coldplay fan after all…wink.

the chef of Imanta is Olivier DeBoise who is a classically trained French chef with Mexican roots. these two worlds clearly define the character of his dishes. In telling me a story of growing up with his Mexican nanny; the role she played in his life and his decision to be a chef he is moved to tears. I can sense from his passion I am in for a culinary expedition. Boasting of using only the freshest ingredients that are locally grown his flavours merge just the right amount of boldness and subtlety. his scallops with fennel made me just sit back in my chair and say: “wow.” his passion is authentic and delicious.

You can do absolutely nothing or a little bit of everything during your stay at Imanta. It is located just 30 minutes away from the hotspots of San Pancho and the bohemian village of Sayulita. Also near is Banderas Bay where you can witness the yearly spectacle of the humpback whales on their migration and the Marieta Islands, which is a natural park and home to many birds and other wildlife. On a beautiful morning I decide to stay on property and go for a hike with Chris. Opting out of the hardcore four-hour hike to the summit of Monkey Mountain I take the “expedition light” version which still takes me into the dense vegetation and partially up the mountain. I am gifted with a spectacular view of the coastline. As I pause to soak it in, he points my attention to a large leopard manta ray gliding by below followed by two playful barracuda chasing a school of jumping fish. A few moments later I am told to slow down as we reach a corner. “I saw an eagle here yesterday on a hike,” he whispers. On cue a rustle reveals a jasper eagle taking flight to the safety of a higher branch just 20m away. It watches us as we cautiously continue past the predator. nature is abundant here.

the service is organic and somewhat omnipresent. Over the past few days helpful faces have always greeted me when I walked up the hill to the restaurant and observatory. Whenever I needed anything in the villa without asking I would get a call or a gentle knock on the door to say, “at your service.” It was almost like my personal concierge was poised in a tree constantly watching over

Taking 12 years to build and opening in 2010 the 12 ‘keys’ around the property are perfectly spaced and have different room structures. There are the Ocean and Jungle Casas, Hotel Suites in the main building, and then the three-bedroom villa compounds like Casona Jaguar and Casona Los Templos.

me. hopefully not all the time though as I quickly grew a great liking to my outdoor shower just feet away from the breaking waves on the shore. My showers were usually followed by a dip in my personal infinity pool or a coffee on the private deck. I am genuinely sad to leave this place but I must switch gears to see another side of eco-luxury in the area. A quick stop in the boutique and I find some unique jewellery and other gifts before I am off to my next stop on this journey.

A short drive away and I arrive at the St. regis Punta Mita. Part of one of the most recognisable luxury brands with its roots in the swinging social scene and aristocracy of new York City at the turn of the twentieth century. From its first hotel in 1904 it now boasts 31 properties across the world and is part of the Starwood hotels chain.

My room is opulently spacious. While doing a tour with my personal butler I am caught staring at the outdoor shower wondering if I could logistically construct one on my own patio back home. there is a full gym, tennis court and 5 km running trail next to two signature Jack nicklaus golf courses making it perfect for exploring and enjoying the outdoors. the hotel opened in January 2009 and has 89 guestrooms, 31 luxurious suites and one presidential suite with three bedrooms and some deliver an ocean view.

I am invited to the champagne ritual that takes place at 6p.m. sharp every Friday. Like St. regis hotels across the world it has many weekly events steeped in the traditions of the original hotel. After the ceremonial sabering of champagne I mingle to get a sense of the guests. everyone is opulently dressed and there is a mix of accents chatting and laughing over festive canapés.

the five-diamond Carolina restaurant, one of only four in Mexico, is my choice for dinner.

The Chilean sea bass is without doubt the best I have ever had and I pair it with a delightful chenin blanc/chardonnay blend from Casa Madero, the oldest winery in Mexico.

no dinner is complete without a flaming coffee made tableside with precision and flamboyance. this experience is sheer perfection on every level.

the days flow into one here all filled with exploration, relaxation and perfect meals. On my last night I opt to have a casual dinner at a pop up Mexican restaurant on the beach. With the backdrop of a sunset hand painted in the richest colours by van Gogh himself, the sheer beauty of the place and the experience hits me. that is the power of riviera nayarit.

At around 10p.m. as I am walking back to my room I hear the beat of rich salsa bouncing through the trees. Still in my mode of adventure from the day’s zip line and Atv excursions I decide to investigate. A quick trip along a path, through a short hedge, across a tennis court, and then through an open gate I come across a fabulous party under the stars! A familiar face turns

to greet me, it is Carl the General Manager dressed in a festive red shirt and white pants like Papa noel. “Welcome to our staff holiday party,” he says inviting me in with a smile and then zips away to get me a drink.

I meet Linda my concierge as I walk to the bathroom and she smiles and asks, “Are you having a good time Mr. Cox?” I return the smile and in my version of Spanish try to reassure her that I surely am but tonight I hope she gets to enjoy herself more. I stay at the fiesta until way after my bedtime and like a new toy I am passed around the dance floor to various partners swaying to salsa, merengue, bachatta and a Mexican version of the electric slide. the true testament of any brand is in the passion and dedication of its staff. the St. regis Punta Mita could be the poster child for that mantra.

the following afternoon as I sit in the departure lounge still Über mellow from an amazing massage at the remede Spa, I find myself smiling. I had found the answer to the question I had when I arrived. riviera nayarit truly over-delivers on its promise of eco-luxury. there is the seclusion and escape of Imanta and still the chic sophistication of the St. regis. everyone working in hospitality that I met there shared a sense that this is not just a job…it is an authentic joy in generously sharing with the world the home that they are so proud of. hasta la proxima vez, Mexico.

FOR your wedding G e t f i t

Known as one of the most beautiful women in the world former Miss Jamaica Yendi Phillipps is an icon

of fashion and beauty across the world. now a tv presenter, actress, spokes model, and mother, the former first runner up to Miss Universe 2010 is always on the go. On a recent trip to toronto we sat down with her to chat about her new workout video, health and beauty tips and of course her dream wedding.

1. What was your inspiration for creating a workout dance video?

I am a dancer first and foremost, it’s my first love, it’s my first passion. I have been dancing since I was three years old and I have continued dancing right up to the collegiate level. I did a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and I finished that off at C.U.n.Y. Brock College in new York. Dancing has always been my way of staying in shape.

I slipped off for a while and dance was my way of getting back into shape. In preparing for pageants, like Miss Universe, dance was my first option for fitness instead of the gym.

What I decided to do was merge my training in dance and fitness with Jamaican dance culture to create In the Dance. In my studies I also specialized in pedagogy and what I’ve done is fine-tune some things that I believe would be effective and great for a fitness regime.

Our dancehall culture is rich, Jamaica’s culture is rich, don’t be jealous (she laughs). It’s such a rich culture I find that a lot of people see it but feel like they cannot touch it. I feel that is it a great way to bring dancehall culture into your living room, into your bedroom or wherever you decide that you want to play that DvD.

2. When was the DVD launched?

It recently launched early 2014 and it’s available in WalMart all over Canada.

3. How Does Your Video Help brides looking to tone up for that special day?

It’s the day where she is the center of attention. I feel every woman wants to feel like they are at their optimum on their wedding day. A big part of this is not just physical fitness but feeling good about yourself. With the DvD and dance it is great for feeling good and feeling sexy. It helps a woman to almost learn her body, feel good about herself and at the same time get in shape for that big day. there are movements in it that she can even use on her honeymoon!

4. What is your workout routine and regular diet?

I am big on having a good core so I concentrate on that a lot in my workouts. Besides dance I do light weights, I swim and do a lot of stretches.

I love food and eat burgers too! But I might choose the wheat bun over the white bun. I might choose a grilled versus a breaded piece of meat or protein.

I drink lots of water, eat clean and of course dance a lot. I believe strongly in a holistic approach to beauty and health.

5. You are mentioned on several lists as being one of the sexiest women alive. What is your secret to juggling so many things and still being you?

I actually have great support. My family is great and my extended family is also awesome. I am a big planner, I put pen to paper and organize my day, I organize my time. Of course sometimes with a child things you might plan just don’t go according to how you want them to…

I think as much as you plan you also have to be able to allow spontaneity to be a part of your life. What I try to do is plan it all out. When things go awry I take a moment to breath it through and re-plan it all out. I wake up 4 o’clock in the morning, go to the t.v. station and do the morning show, I go home and do my workout, pick up my daughter from school, then have meetings, then put her down for bed, then host events, then go to bed, then wake up at 4 and do it all over again. So you have to have that plan in place and prepare that things can fall apart and when they do you just take a deep breath and refocus.

6. Where is your favourite place to visit in the Caribbean besides your native Jamaica?

I like trinidad a lot and there is no denying that I love trinidad because of carnival! I’ve gone to carnival a million times. It gives me life, I love the music, I love the experience, and I love doubles with a little bit of sweet sauce and light pepper (laughs).

7. If you were to get married where would be your ideal setting, would you be a Caribbean Bride?

I would be a Caribbean bride for sure. I’ve seen that day so many times in my mind. It will be an outdoor wedding overlooking the water and there will be poi trees everywhere. I envision a blanket of the white poi petals all over the grounds as I walk up the aisle. It will be an intimate personal wedding with about 50 of my family and close friends.

here we are at our seventh issue! travelling the region to attend fabulous weddings and find idyllic accommodations is definitely a great perk of my job. this issue took me to the reefs of Grand

Cayman, the Pitons of Saint Lucia, plantation homes of Barbados, a haunted mansion in Jamaica and the lush jungle of Mexico. this is the most I have ever travelled to produce one issue.

Love, like life is always filled with changes. As we continue to grow we make small changes in the way we present our content to you and we sincerely hope you like the new look of our magazine. We are also very pleased to announce the newly relaunched caribbeanbride.com. It now offers more great information and tips to help you plan the destination wedding and honeymoon of your dreams. to help us reach an even greater audience we have just arranged to distribute our magazines at the properties of eden hotels and resorts. A special hello to you if you are reading this at one of their villas in the Caribbean or their hotels in nova Scotia or Prince edward Island in Canada!

Look out for information on our luxury destination wedding shows in toronto and new York coming up soon. We will be bringing some talented vendors and destinations together to help get you started on planning your wedding and honeymoon.

to all the couples, wedding planners, and other vendors I have met while putting this issue together, thank you for you time and your hospitality. It is such an honour to be a part of your special events and to share them with our audience. It is even more special that I get to promote a region and its people that I believe to be one of the more enchanted places in the world.

enjoy all of life’s new journeys and stay happy!

Sunny regards,
