EVENTMANAGEMENT

BIMM INSTITUTE BRIGHTON

Candidates on the BA (Hons) in Music Business are requested to bring in either a laptop or tablet style computer device with capacity for wireless internet access (via the in house internet provision) and a basic word processing and spreadsheet software. This will allow students to take notes and perform in class research or assignment work as required.

For BA(Hons) Music Business candidates this is the equivalent to the requirement for instrumentalists to bring in their guitars, basses or drum sticks in to class. It is an important factor in the ongoing development of digital literacy and other relevant professional skills. For students who don’t already possess laptops or tablet devices this may incur an additional financial commitment at the point of enrolment on the programme.
