The Traffic and Road Safety (Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 5) Order. 2005.

( Under section 175 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, Cap 361).

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for works, housing and communications by section 175 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, this Order is made this Cap. 361.

1. This Order may be cited as the Traffic and Road Safety Title.

Speed of Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 5) Order, 2005.

2. A person who drives a motor vehicle and who competes Exemption,

in the Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally 2005 organised by the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of Uganda, (FMU) commencing on the 9th September, 2005 and ending on the 11th September. 2005 is exempted from the provisions of section 120of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, for the duration of that rally.
