Thank you in advance for your support. St. Vincent de Paul Church is seeking a part-time housekeeper to work at our parish rectory three days per week. Duties include general housekeeping i.e. laundry, ironing, cleaning, meal planning & preparation, and grocery shopping. The ideal candidate should have prior housekeeping and cooking experience, be able to drive, good communication skills, and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision. If interested, please contact Sandra Dominguez at the parish office, 479-636-4020, ext. 37, during office hours. The Knights of Columbus Fireworks Tent generated $53,795.52 in sales, which resulted in a gross income of $12,407 after sales taxes were deducted. We had expenses of $1,502.31, so net income of $10,904.69 was divided among our various volunteers. The Knights of Columbus and St. Raphael Boy Scout Troop 777, and all our volunteers, thank you for supporting our tent. The groups who volunteered, besides the Knights and Scouts, include Harber High School wrestling team, Nuevo Corazon, Spanish Cursillo, St. Raphael Parish, Soldier On Service Dogs (a veterans support group) and the Women’s Council. We thank all of them for their work and thank all of you who bought fireworks from our tent.
