Preferred customers are those who are signed up for autoship. That means they automatically receive their product every month. One benefit of being a preferred customer is that they pay wholesale prices, the same as distributors.

41Team Commissions

Syntek uses a Binary compensation plan for your team commissions. This means you have 2 legs in your organization or your tree. Lets illustrate this.

This green piece represents you. In your tree you have a left leg and a right leg. You place each new distributor you sponsor in one of these legs. You must sponsor one on each leg to activate your Team Commissions.

As your team grows, one leg will usually have more volume than the other. We call this your strong leg, and the other your lesser leg. There is no limit to the depth your binary tree can go.

Your Team commissions payout is 10 percent of your lesser leg volume. For example, If you have 8000 in volume on your Strong leg, and 6000 in volume on your lesser leg, your team commissions payout for this cycle would be 600 dollars.

In this example, you were paid out to the level of 6000 volume, But you had 8000 volume on your strong leg. Since you had 2000 volume on your strong leg that you werent paid on, It would rollover, and you would begin the next cycle with 2000 volume points on your strong leg.

As long as you remain Active, no income is ever lost, merely postponed.

Check match Commissions, however, are based on what we call the enrollment tree. It is important to not get the enrollment tree confused with the binary tree.
